Absolutely amazing options both food and drink are immaculate and packed with a flavourful punch. Great range of items also, including local produce which showed me there values.But there's one slight miniscule problem, there is barley seating available for the average consumer. I did prefer the old layout but at least the food is just the same! (Rice krispie squares and banana flapjacks really make me day wondorous and a little bit happier in such a dim world)

very poor service. Over priced for what you get. I wanted to like my experience here, but the staff are not friendly or accommodating. They are impatient and concerned about getting people in and out as quick as possible. I had ordered a white flat oatmilk to drink there and sit in the area and needed sugar. I walked back up to the counter but I had to wait 5 minutes as no one would acknowledge me and finally had to call out to someone to be bothered to give me some. of course my coffee was no long er hot. Sadly too much hype over a mediocre little spot. they do have a broad selection of imported goods but for the coffee or foods to have there its over rated.

If I could give 6 stars to Kates' Kitchen I would. The online service is absolutely unbelievable, so quick and with a real personal touch. A note of personal thanks to Debbie for stellar customer service, it was so appreciated.

Placed an order and one of the items I paid for was out of stock so I was told they’d send it the following week. Followed up over 2 weeks later and they’d forgotten and still didn’t have it so they said they’d refund me. Another 2 weeks go by and still no refund so I follow up again. Finally got my refund after more than a month but only because I kept chasing them up.

Lovely staff who are always very helpful and they have a wonderful selection of products.

First time ordering from Kate's Kitchen.. I must say, credit were credits due they offer a fantastic selection. Delivery is excellent and quick, pricing is very competitive, it is a absolute pleasure doing business with them... highly recommended..

I recently placed an order online. I received a text from Rosie apologising item was out of stock at the moment so I could either wait or get refund. I told her I would wait no problem. Within 2 days she texted back to say item was back in stock and would ship ASAP. I received next day! Great customer service and experience. Would definitely shop there again and recommend highly!
