My order never shipped. So a week later I received an e-mail saying that I, myself, have cancelled the order and that no refund has been paid. They barely respond to e-mail at all, and blatantly refused to tell me why they cancelled my order and wouldn't say if I would get a refund. This is theft, so I can only warn others about these scammers.

They claimed my contact info wasn't correct and cancelled my order right after the discount expired and told me to place a new order to a much higher price. Never buying anything from them ever again!

Ordered a small jet boat from them last year, but never received it. They stopped responding after the payment was made. Had to get my money back from the credit card company. This company has had several fund raisers, then just take the money and scam everyone who's vouched to buy their products.

Bought Marshall Minor IV earbuds, and the quality was horrible. I refused to read all the comments from people having the exact same issues, since Marshall usually has great quality. This was my mistake. The earbuds wouldn't charge half the times, and the battery decreased with 60% in just a few days. I had a slight buzzling sound in the left earpiece. And when I tried to get them replaced through the warranty service, they tried to make me jump through hoops just to even respond. Above receipts and the serial number, they also require you to send them pictures of white papers with your signature and the current date. This is against european consumer laws, and also a violation against GDPR. When I tried to explain it, they blatantly refused my warranty case all together. This is completely unacceptable, and I won't be buying any more Marshall products! Had to refund it through Amazon.

Looking for the camera specs? Sorry, their cameras don't have any.. Would you buy a car from a salesman that doesn't even know the brand he's selling, what it's powered on, or how big the windshield is? All of it kind of extremely likely EVERYONE who visits their broken webpage would have, but they won't tell you! And their distributers won't tell you either. If they're this unintelligent, then the likelyhood of them messing everything else up in a similar way, is a fact.

I placed 4 separate orders. In the first order they only sent me some parts rendering the item completely useless. In 2 other orders they just sent me random junk items, and I never received the last order. They refuse to refund any of it and don't allow me to return it. They claim I need to show proof that I didn't receive the last order. How am I supposed to prove something that never happened?
I have contacted the bank to replace my payment card and also filed a report against the card company that has started a legal process to provide a chargeback.
Be aware, they might scam you too!
UPDATED RESPONSE: This is just how they act, they blatantly decline every refund/return request even though they have a legal obligation to do so. I'm filing a complaint with the credit card company for all these orders, and you will soon hear from your bank.

Be aware that your shipping cost can increase 500% when you're about to pay, even though it had a much cheaper price during the entire order process.
Their website also has some serious issues. You can only order 1 item at a time, if you try to add more items, the print of every other item in your shopping cart will be automatically erased. But you'll still have to pay for the prints that were never made.

Every item got printed and arrived within just a few days. These people have pride at what they do, because they do it best!

Vi skickar alla beställningar dagligen, dock ej under helger. Vi använder oss av samma fraktbolag som övriga nätbutiker. Orter med längre leveranstid (ofta 2–3 dagar eller mer) är främst glesbygdsområden.
Ser även att vi har svarat på dina funderingar du skickat till supporten.

UPS försöker inte ens leverera paket, utan de skickas istället tillbaka till avsändaren efter att ha legat på paketcentralen i veckor upp till månader. Har pratat med ett flertal företag som nu väljer att säga upp sina avtal med UPS. Fler företag borde vill behålla sina kunder borde ta lärdom av detta!
