Thank goodness for this company as couldn’t find the bulbs I wanted anywhere else

Bulbs arrived very quickly. The outer box was torn but luckily no damage as they were packed well inside. Would recommend as so much cheaper even with the postage!

Arrived when they said but left on the door step. No ringing of the bell or door knock as I was listening out for them. Also it was pouring with rain by the time I saw the package!

Everything! Still haven’t received the parcel after the delivery was 8/04 on the email? It is now the 12th! Item will not be sent as classed as pharmacy item, mouthwash, and yet the items marked as pharmacy are being sent! The cost of the items has gone up even though items won’t be sent! Nothing about this makes sense. Trying to get it sort is a nightmare….. never again!

Arrived on time and was handed the parcel unlike some delivery companies who just dump it on the doorstep and don’t even ring the bell!

Again no parcel received! Contacted them and told them it just wasn’t moving on the delivery and now they are blaming the delivery company even though they haven’t even received it!just told to cancel or reorder again! Every time you contact them you get a standard reply and nothing is done. They gave me some credit but that’s a waste of time as I never get my orders! Thought I was going to be ok reordering but they just don’t care!

Wish I didn’t even have to give them 1 star! As with others I was lied to about the advent calendar. Was firstly told my order had been cancelled, as someone else said, perhaps because I had used the 22% voucher? I hadn’t cancelled it, then said they couldn’t send it as they were out of stock as they couldn’t get the gifts to put in the calendar. The next thing is I got an email makers URGENT from them saying it was back in stock again so please reorder. Like a fool I did and now they have taken my money without dispatching it, which they say they don’t!Keep getting a date in late November but seeing is believing!

Pigsback will be out of business very soon if they continue to treat customers the way they have been doing with me! I returned a faulty product and was told to have it sent back with a tracking number which cost €6.60. I received the refund for the goods but not the postage as they now say the goods weren't faulty! Have been asked to email their suppliers in Hong Kong ,who never replied,when the goods were sent back to an address in cork?! They keep offering me a credit off my next purchase, even though I am entitled to a refund and I certainly won't be buying anything from them again! Why do they offer a credit if they say the goods aren't faulty? Never in over 20 years of making hundreds of purchases over the Internet have I ever had so much trouble, in fact none till now! Wouldn't of given any stars if possible!
