Excellent continued service from Visor Shop. They sell everything BTW the names been around since they sold online visors back in the dark ages 😃. I've used them for over a decade most recently bought a casual bike jacket which they kindly price matched. Tyre prices are also sharp. I generally buy sticky Michelins and they are always there or abouts pricewise. If product is in stock I can have it here (Glasgow) in 2 days.. and a special mention for Amelia, great communication and a sharp wee sense of humour 😀

Excellent service, excellent leads. I never gonanywhere else and have purchased many leads over the last number of years. Mainly I buy the right angled USB to C which carry an 18mth warranty.

Ive had two replaced FOC over the last couple of years with no quibble.

I also upgraded all of my AV Receiver leads with their higher end leads and they are very well made.

Overall, a little more expensive but you get what you pay for..

Will give 5 stars, however, what I didn't realize is that with a recliner, these slips don't stay where they should or where they are tucked in. Probably more my fault for not thinking it through. The cover is indeed of a high quality elasticated material, when you tuck it into the arms/cushions etc and then jump onto your couch and recline it the tucked in bits jump out, so when it's bedtime and you reset the seats I have to go round the couch tucking everything in again which is a bit of a PITA. They provide bits of cardboard that I guess is meant to stop this from happening, but they popped out too..arghhhh... anyhow, good and quick service, good material and a reply on Whatsapp at 10:30pm what's not too like, just this tucking in thing every time I use the couch is a pain..

Spammer, I too got the email.. Theres no way they can remove google reviews, only google can remove them.

Quick update to my previous post.. I sent my jacket back to them for two reasons. 1. It was crxp 2.It was tiny. As of today 6-10-25 it's still sitting in Chinese customs according to RM Tracking.. I despatched the jacket on the 22nd of MAY... Not bad eh !!

5 months sitting at customs, clearly someone in China is running about with a jacket on that I paid for.

Snakes man.. I think they have a "UK" outlet too which trades from the Netherlands. I just googled them and there are no reviews and ZERO on their website about returns, so I have emailed them asking for their returns policy. Was caught out a few months ago with another so called UK based company COUTURE-MODA, Jacket was tiny and I'm a slim guy, no way did it fit, anyhow found out I had to send it back to CHINA, again, no returns details on their website..

Great wee find this place, price, product, reviews all bang on. Dyson V10 ordered and delivered in 2 days, they are an authorised Dyson reseller, so full 2 year warranty applies.

Excellent service, excellent product. V10 is some bit of kit, extremely well made. I'm a Dyson customer since early 90s DC01...

Cheap Chinese rubbish..Couture-Moda play the same game, you think this is a European seller, its NOT..they are CHINESE..the items are shipped from CHINA and are cheap rubbish, if you want to return, you have to send back to CHINA at your expense..

Here we go again...ANOTHER Couture Moda ..Cheap Chinese slave labour rags !. Your order will take circa 3 weeks to reach you. Take your pick from the following as one or all is an almost certainty..

1. You will be disappointed with the quality.
2. Garment will not fit.
3. Overpriced without exception.

It will cost you at the very least £25.00 to return whatever you buy to China.

Looking closely at the website and wording, I would not be surprised that this site is owned by the same people as Couture-Moda.

I like many on here assumed incorrectly that this is a London based operation, they are indeed not, what you buy will be dispatched from China and hence if you have to return anything you will have to send it back to where it came from..and where is that..as Trump says ..CHYNAAAA

I have been in touch with the company and to their credit they have emailed me back each time acknowledging my comments and so on. They are not Scammers as some may suggest, they appear to me to be a legitimate company, however they badly fall down in some crucial areas.

There are no guidelines on their website to suggest:
A. All items are dispatched from China.
B. The returns policy should be prominently displayed: Any returned goods must be sent back to China.

I sent my £75.00 full price jacket back as it was way too small, the 50% offer of my “next” purchase if I were to keep the jacket is laughable.
Asian and UK sizes are a total mismatch. Why on earth would I buy something else that takes 2-3 weeks to reach me, not knowing if that too will fit ?. in addition, the jacket I received was very poor quality and, in my opinion, not worth the £75.00 I paid.

The cost to me £26.75 International tracked..
Till they make these areas crystal clear to buyers, these transactions are a complete waste of time and money for the customer and for the company alike, in essence, it is absolutely pointless buying from this company.

I await my refund, I will initiate a bank chargeback if there is any jiggery pokery, which I hope not.

2 Stars due to their responses to me.. otherwise it would be a 1 star rating.

Thank you for the prompt response, it is somewhat refreshing that you do reply to your reviews, this is no doubt a positive step. I have outlined my views in two emails to your company over the last few days Olivia, it may be worthwhile reviewing those in the first instance..

Has anyone else noticed almost all of the 5 Star reviews are by people who have never posted a review before... now thats REALLY got me thinking ..lol...

Great service from Georgia at Octopus. I requested a sizeable return of monies as I overpay my usage and she invoked it straight away.

Their app is the best in the business too, their referral scheme really works also, I've been paid for one case and another is on its way.

I've never tried calling them, however email comms are just fine for me.

Unlike SP and SG either of those companies are a headache to deal
with, I should know as I own a Lettings agency.

Have used Aquacadabra in the past and just placed an order for some items for my Marine Tank.

I must say my emails have all been replied too and promptly at that, however they are not signed by anyone and the email is a generic company email address, so I have no idea who I am dealing with, this is a small issue easily corrected, I'm very much a people person and like to know the name of the individual who I am dealing with, a small point, largely irrelevant but important to me none the less.

The kit was en-route the morning after I ordered (late evening), I shopped about for similar products online and all told Aqua were as keenly priced as anyone, so I have no reason to go anywhere else.

I look foreward to receiving my goods, all being well, I will surely be dealing with them again.

Will update review when everything arrives.

Final note.. c'mon guys, put a name to an email it really personalises the communication.

Great wee company to deal with, I'm 7 years in and now on my 4th Case simply due to phone upgrades, my previous covers were all in great condition when I upgraded. I've just purchased an S25 Ultra which is deserved of only the best quality case.

Extremely well made with thought going into the styling and practicalities such reinforced stitching, the cash pouch and three card pockets which in my case hold 10 cards securely, albeit you can slide the cards out with ease.

The kick stand is great too, overall a really well designed product using top of the line materials.

The glass screen protector is also top quality and very easy to apply, if you make a back and front of fitting it, simply lift it off and reapply. The pack comes with two protectors and an application kit.

It's also worth noting that Emails are replied to on the day, none of this "we'll reply within 48 hours" nonsense.

If your looking for a quality case for your phone and excellent service to boot Snakehive is where you want to be buying from.

Oh, I almost forgot, when you register your purchase there is a free 2 year warranty upgrade plus a free leather fob key ring.

I doubt any other manufacturer offers anything like this. Customer for life..

Good service from FS. Haven't ordered a lot, maybe 4/5 times over last few years, but comms are very good, had a malfunctioning dispenser with Aventus juice in it that went bang, immediate reply and solution.

Have used Juicebitz connectivity for quite a few years now, had purchased some quick charging cables from eBay which turned out to be from Juicebitz and have used the same company for all my cables ever since. Their products are extremely well made, my latest purchases were down to buying a new expensive OLED TV and BluRay player, I upgraded my full set inc HDMI to their 4k Range, the leads are heavy guage with robust looking connection ends, built to last for sure. I also upgraded all of my AV Receiver and Cat 6 Patch cables to 4K/100gig at the same time.

Their USB-A/C type cables with the 45⁰ head is ideal for charging my S23 Ultra as the cable "hangs" from the phone better and much neater than a standard style cable, this cable type is also ideal for plugging into my handset cradle in my car.

I choose the pro range as a default, the cables are quick charge required to correctly charge a current model Samsung. I find it easier to source using their own website, postage is very quick with two 3m C Type cables arriving here in two days. Don't be tempted with cheaper equivalents as no doubt they will not last and likely not be fast charging. Importantly, their guarantee service does work, I have had two cables replaced over the years... no quibble. In my opinion a great company to deal with, you can tell it's family owned and they care about their customers..

Again, faultless and rapid service from the lads.

What do people expect when applying for a loan, I've used Hitachi rebranded "Novuna" probably 5 or 6 times over the last 10 years or so and found their application process to be incredibly smooth with an instant decision, money is in my bank within the day. Purchases so far, high end AV equipment, Three bikes, Two cars and other items. Have never had anything other than swift slick decisions and processes. As a multiple previous customer I can say that their process is absolutely fantastic and always has been. Early settlement figures are acceptable and rates are always very keen. A good credit score definitely helps in how quickly things develop.
