After what felt like an archaeological dig waiting for it to arrive, my 92 yr old mother finally unboxed the miracle cooling machine she had been promised. Turns out it's just a fan with exceptional self-confidence.
The advertising paints a picture of icy rooms and blissful relief. The reality is a gentle puff of lukewarm air that couldn't cool a cup of tea, let alone an actual room. I've met people who can blow harder after climbing a flight of stairs.
It's the sort of product that relies on you lowering your expectations rather than lowering the temperature.
For the price, you could buy a proper fan from a reputable retailer, have enough money left for a takeaway, and still end up feeling less mugged.
Whoever decided to market this as an air conditioner deserves an Olympic gold medal for imagination. Calling it "cooling" is technically true in the same way standing in the shade is climate control.

To begin with, it took over a month for my order to arrive. During that time, communication was poor, updates were vague, and I was repeatedly left wondering if the product would ever be delivered. Waiting over a month for an air conditioner during the height of the warmer weather is completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, the disappointment did not end there.

Having finally received the item, it is immediately obvious that it is not an air conditioner in any meaningful sense. It is little more than a small fan that blows air around the room. It does not cool the air as a genuine air conditioner should, and it falls far short of the expectations created by the way it was advertised.
Had the product been described accurately, I would never have purchased it. After waiting so long, I expected a functioning air conditioner—not what appears to be an overpriced desktop fan.

Polite ,courteous and knowledgeable staff, certainly know their bearings! Go that little bit further to help!

Was given the run around by the delivery company due to Lekto not putting our door number on the parcel

Staff always go the extra mile, from the telephony staff to the pick up guys 100% all the way!

Never heard of this courier before so was apprehensive. The garden furniture arrived within the allotted time and was placed in the hallway ( Summerhouse not built yet),
Two man delivery, very quick and polite. Tracking was great and they rang 25mins before they arrived we were drop 22 of 25. A very long day for these lads I hope they are paid well?

Excellent service at an affordable price, courier could not have been more helpful my partner could not lift the parcel as she had a shoulder injury and the courier placed it inside the hall for her. Many thanks guys! Amazing service! Highly recommend.

Well done guys and gals .Everybody who has seen these frames have made excellent comments so much so I have to remind them that there is a painting inside the frame!
