After ordering on their website and paying in full, they informed me that only 3 of the items ordered were in stock. I initially decided to wait until the remainder of my order was in stock. However, after receiving the 3 items, I decided to opt for a refund as the quality was poor. After numerous emails, I finally got a response saying they would organise the refund - 11 days later, I'm still waiting!

This is the 2nd time we have used Galaxy Cruises and BRIAN SMITH.
Again, thank you Brian - I know we can be a thorn in your side when we find a cruise we really want to go on, and you come up trumps every time. Your knowledge, patience, and understanding are phenomenal. I think you can count on us being a "thorn" for a a long time yet (lol)

Can't say whether the product works, as only 2nd day in. However, it's great to take, mixed with juice or coffee, has no taste - fingers crossed it does the job. My only negative so far is the amount of time it took from ordering to shipping.

Second time we have used Iglu and can't fault their efficiency, honesty and caring nature about their clients. A massive thank you to Emily Storey (thank you Alex for passing Emily over to us to sort our booking). Even if you don't see the cruise or cruise tour on their site - just ask & they will try and deliver.

Great selection of Cornish products. Not overly priced and delivered on time. Given as a gift, I have been informed that the beers were lovely and the Cornish Pasty was sooo tasty.

Ordered a bin which was promptly delivered by DPD. However, although the box was in great shape, the bin inside was dented. Not necessarily Home Store + Mores fault as they ordered the items in & don't open boxes to check quality. Sinead at HS+M was quick to reply & offer solutions.

Looked for a return taxi from Malaga Airport to La Cala at short notice at the height of the season. Suntransfers were great, answered quickly, and were the best price compared to others.

The products are great however ordering from the website is an absolute nightmare! There is no way the form for completing a delivery address works properly. The postal/delivery service called us to check the address, so delivery was delayed.

Website very easy to navigate & use. Had to add a medical condition - but they were overly helpful (although it did cost us a little bit more). Would highly recommend and couldn't find anyone cheaper. Daugher has Multitrip & needed dentist in New York last year - reimbursed with no hassle.

Used to purchase from HeyNutrition in the UK, but they put me in touch with Theonia for purchases in Ireland. Same great service, great products and quick delivery.

Quadx Strimit - wonderful pre-sales advice. However, once the product arrived, the after-sales service was awful. Long time to answer, promised to send out a new belt but never did. The machine is probably well suited for level areas, but nothing but hassle when using it on paddocks/fields (which we explained what it was going to be used for before purchase).

Thank you Tom - your customer service is fantastic, encountered a small problem & following my email, received a phone call within minutes and the problem was sorted. Would highly recommend MCB - first class service. Thank you again.
