I am absolutely disgusted

I am absolutely disgusted. I received a code from them that was 10% off my order.
I then tried to place an order for the afternoon coffee hamper. I could not find a way of securing to 10% reduction.
I have tried to telephone the company and have emailed them but have not received a reply.
I keep getting a message from 'Tom' urging me to use the code and claim the 10% off as time is running out.
I give up - customer service is absolutely useless.

Delivery delayed

Ordered prosecco to be delivered on 31.10.26. No email etc to confirm delivery, surprised recipient hadn't made contact so tracked only to be told contact retailer. Contacted on 02.11.26 to be told broken glass (so CC knew of the delay & reason) & would resend which it was. What I would've liked is that CC to have contacted me with the reason for delay & said they'd already put it right i.e all solved prior to me making contact!

Lovely light scones as always

Lovely light scones as always. Managed to get well seeded additional ones but no freeze pack to keep it at correct temperature and delivery was upended so easily have been damaged so maybe stickers would help? Otherwise all great thanks

Present favourites…

I have used this company several times for presents for friends and family. Every time they have delivered on the day specified with delicious products. I have received nothing but praise from the recipients. Which I would whole hearted pass on.

An ingenious idea

The hampers are beautifully packaged and a joy to receive. They are a great alternative to sending flowers as a gift. There is all you need in the box for an indulgent afternoon tea and a real treat.

The delivery was on time exactly how I was told.. The cream tea was lovely … so pleased as it was so easy to order . It is the second time I have ordered the cream tea and I will definitely be doing it again … would highly recommend… Thank you so much for a lovely experience …
