I recently ordered a premier equine bridle from MCB, whilst packing it they realised it had 2 missing keepers, they called PE to replace but there was a couple of months waiting list. Tom at MCB called immediately to advise. He offered either a full refund or an alternative (more expensive) PE bridle at no additional cost. I choose the latter and it arrived the following day! Hugely impressed with this exemplary level of service and would recommend. I will definitely be using them again.
