Very very bad delivery service from start to finish
First delivered to wrong address I called up immediately as soon as I saw photograph of orange blur then I got told from DPD Preston the driver made mistake he never actually delivered it lies more lies they promised me it will be delivered next day 12 feb nothing called up still at carnforth depot we promise to deliver next day 13 feb nothing called up oh it’s on the van nothing called up 14 feb we promise to deliver next day Nothing 15 feb called up been put through 3 different people woman told me no one has booked it out from being delivered to wrong address so what they told me previously was lies !! So she booked it out for 16 feb bearing in mind it got delivered wrong address on 11 feb
It finally got here 16 feb but the communication skills are none existent staff driver needs sacking DPD are the worst company ever for there incompetence and Lies
