Great service from Emma at Gardens of style - helpful, knowledgeable, informative, competitive and always quick to respond.
We ordered a pergola and were kept up to date on all aspects of the purchase - she was not pushy at all but kept in touch, adjusted the quotations when we amended our order, liaised re delivery (which was seamless) and followed up to check all was well. We really appreciated that she gave advice on construction when we had a few questions as we were installing ourself.
We were worried about going with a smaller company but never regretted our decision - it only served to make it a better experience.

Still waiting for a return refund after over 3 months. I returned a pair of jeans in December - I can track them and they’ve been in the Cycleon hub since 31st December. I have been told to wait as they are in transit but surely after this time it must be recognised that the package is lost. It cannot still be Brexit delays - I keep getting a standard reply to wait ...please can you refund me and pursue with the courier. Order #20413167

Natalie was very helpful - I was super disappointed to miss out on the beauty bag offer that kept flagging up on my screen, yet didn't add to my bag at check out. Seems wrong that you should tell people to buy more to get an offer and then it just isn't there. I was ready to leave it and buy elsewhere, but the chatline was helpful - she gave good advice and helped me out. Thanks. (Still don't think the company website should have been prompting for offers that are based on higher purchase value, yet aren't valid /sold out - they should substitute something similar and make sure this doesn't happen). That said, everything arrives well packed, great packaging and speed of delivery, and range of products. I just love a good offer so disappointed.

best choice I have seen on-line- free delivery and returns - what's not to like. Delivery was great as DPD tracking meant you got minute by minute update onwhere your package was!
