We purchased a Nova Titan 3m x 2.4m with 3 louvre panels plus 2 privacy screens from Gardens of Style in the past week. The whole experience has been amazing; from ordering through delivery through installation – completely stress-free and faultless. I had a few questions about the product beforehand which Emma clarified before I placed the order (at a very competitive price); the process for which was quick and straight forward. Emma and Freddie then kept me updated with delivery schedule. Delivery was on time and the driver was happy to take the boxes to their optimum location. It was very well-packaged and you could tell straight away the quality of the product. We elected to assemble and install it ourselves and found the instructions / diagrams to be clear and precise. Putting up the pergola was an absolute breeze. We did need a couple of extra hands to raise the first 2 sections, but once the cross beams went up it only took 2 of us to complete. Our biggest headache was drilling through the porcelain tiles ... wow ... that was tough! It actually took longer to drill the holes than it did to put up the whole structure. Still, it was all worth the effort as it looks stunning in place. Overall, we received a 5-star service from Emma and Freddie who really ensured the experience was trouble-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending both the product and Gardens of Style. Excellent service and absolutely brilliant experience.

Freddie & Emma provided excellent customer service. I called and spoke to Freddie about delivery times and he was friendly, polite and more than helpful keeping me fully updated. I would highly recommend using this company to everyone. He also called again after delivery to check everything was ok. Thank you ☺️

Emma & Freddie went over and above to secure the purchase abd delivery of a MAZE garden table in time for a large family gathering. Lead time was 31st July with 7 to 10 for delivery. Needed the table for 19th July 2026, it arrived 16th. So appreciated the constant updates and help with delivery fm Emma as I unable to return the missed call fm the delivery company whilst cycling in Italy - Emma sorted it for me. Exceptional Customer service. Highly recommend this company, one happy customer 😀

Really happy with the product I ordered - Nova Titan pergola 4x3.6m in Pebble. Incredibly well packaged and I managed to put it together myself in a day (would be easier with 2 people!). Gardens of Style offered the best price when I ordered it. Even better was their communication throughout, from purchase to delivery (also excellent!) to aftercare. We purchased the Skyline Shade daybed from Gardens of Style - a fantastic product, at a good price, but most importantly with great service. Emma was extremely helpful and responsive throughout, and very patient with our questions and requests for changes in delivery dates. I am so glad we chose Gardens of Style as our supplier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Emma and her team!

This was a blast from the past, in a great way. Emma and Freddie both showed they cared about their customer, they had the knowledge of their product and this put them ahead of all the others. They could and did answer my questions, they also took calls from my landscaper how many other company’s have you dealt with lately would put themselves out so much (or so little) for their customer. I had one issue which the team took personally and dealt with the error of size. I had the replacement within a working week and at all times I was called and updated with delivery day and time.
The product I brought is quality and elegant and has made me very happy which are all feelings we look for when buying from online.

Had a Sandbanks Superior Electric LED Pergola installed by Gardens of Style in June 2025, great service from Emma who kept me top to date with the progress and the pergola was installed by a very professional team.
Recently had an issue with the roof opening motor and this was sorted out quickly and replaced.
Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Gardens of Style to anyone considering buying a pergola and would recommend the Sandbanks Pergola.

We recently purchased a Nova Titan pergola from Gardens of Style and have been extremely pleased with both the product and the service received.

From the initial enquiry through to ‘aftercare’ the communication from the team was excellent. They were always helpful, kept us fully informed on lead times and delivery updates, and were quick to answer any questions we had along the way.

The pergola itself is fantastic quality and has completely transformed our garden, giving us a lovely space to relax in.

What really stood out was the level of customer care, with the team checking in after delivery to make sure everything had arrived as expected and that we were happy with the product.

I received great service from Freddie and Emma, they were quick to respond and communicate the progress of my order, and were always available to support with any questions I had. It’s rare that you get this level of personal service from companies now!

I can not praise this company enough. Their service goes beyond all expectations. From initial contact with Emma through to ordering and then completion of the order to delivery with Freddie nothing was too much trouble for them.
Mine was a complex order and they even contacted the manufacturer for measurement and after delivery wanted photos of the finished project.
I really felt confident and valued as a customer and would advise anyone to use them in the future. They are highly recommended from me and will be in the future if anyone asks for advice.

I hadn’t heard of this company before, but i was specific what I wanted and their website was great and easy to navigate.

i wanted to buy a Nova Titan Pergola and blinds in Pebble. I had seen the same on another site but with a free heater, and this company matched that which was great.

I had a chat with Emma , and lots of updates from Freddie, and they really added a personal customer service touch to my order and enquiry.

I was kept up to date with despatch and delivery which was seamless - even the delivery driver Tony was really helpful and put the item exactly where I requested

We ordered additional items from them after this delivery, the Nova Cook Cab and some blinds for the Pergola as we were so impressed!

That order and delivery were great too. We had follow up emails to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Communication from start to finish with this company was amazing , we were so pleased to have put our trust in them.

We are going to purchase another blind for the pergola soon , and we wont hesitate to buy from here.

Gardens of Style were a great firm to deal with. A fast, efficient & friendly service. We ordered a Nova Gazebo from them. They telephoned to agree a delivery date. The product arrived on time, delivered by a very helpful delivery driver and was followed by a telephone call to ensure we were happy. Assembly instructions were emailed in advance and the product itself is very well engineered and arrived very well packed and protected. The instructions were well prepared and easy to follow. All parts were present and there were a few spare bolts. I would highly recommend both Gardens of style and Nova.

Good price for the pergola screen with installation as an add-on. The installers worked around some minor alignment issues with the main pergola and all was finished in less than 1 hour.

The order arrived as planned very nice delivery team put the order in the rear garden very helpful

The aluminium gazebo was easy to install following the instructions, it provided helpful information. Frame was lightweight which made it a hassle-free experience when it came to lifting and securing posts in place.

Delivery of the product was quick too, very happy with the service. Thanks to Emma
