Twice I’ve looked for their help with animals. They left 3 large hungry dogs with a tiny wooden box that wouldn’t fit a terrier in it with no floor and no fixed roof said they had shelter and because I was feeding them they had food but they wouldn’t have had food only for me! They ended up in the pound after this because the fella abandoned them! they found loving homes thanks to the pound.
Then we’ve a large stray cat population where I live I’ve neutered many myself also brought sick injured ones to the vet, I looked for help with one with an injured eye and also to help neuter some males and they walked away stating he didn’t want to be sued if they were someone’s cats because I was able to touch a little male that’s been around for 3 years, they all have issues cat flu knotted hair you can tell these are not pets, my little one came out of the house and he thought she was one of the strays and wouldn’t listen to me when I said she was my cat who’s well looked after, I asked for a lend of the trap and he refused also! Thank god we’ve a smaller cat rescue that actually cares about the welfare of cats that helped me in the end with costs and gave me a lend of the trap no problem! They do not care about animals don’t be fooled by the big rescues they do coz it’s all for show!

Please go back to using DPD delivery!
GLS are useless didn’t get any tracking for 4 days then been waiting all day for parcel to come. I’ve never had any issue with DPD you get a delivery time slot they come when they say there coming unlike GLS. Please stop using them I haven’t got 2 days to be sitting in waiting on parcels !
Just received my delivery and watched as the gls man threw my 3 parcels on the ground all boxes damaged I told him there was cat food pouches in them he didn’t seem to care. Zoo plus you need to stop using this firm I have the video doorbell footage of him slamming the boxes from the van!

I’ve made 3 online orders recently and everything came perfectly packaged the prices were excellent I’ll def be buying more in the near future.

I’m on my 3rd Morphy Richard steam mop they changed the design to a flimsy model that the handle folds down to store away but it’s so flimsy that it’s broke in the same place on 2 machines. It has 2 year warranty I rang glen dimplex and was told they could do nothing for me that I didn’t give them the money to try return to store and if they don’t take it back I’ll have to dump it!
Thank god for good companies like Tesco and Oxendales that did take the machines back. I got a refund from Oxendales as they didn’t have one to replace the broken one and because I had bought extra cleaning pads I decided to buy another one from Tesco and thank god they’ve replaced the 2nd faulty one. I would prefer a different make as I will never buy anything that glen dimplex makes as this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with them. Avoid MORPHY RICHARDS CREDA AND BELLING products they are all owned by GLEN DIMPLEX. There’s a full list on Wikipedia and before you spend your money check this list out first!

Really nice AirPod cover. Delivery was a bit slow so order well in advance of when you need the item.
I now want the iPhone cover and iPad cover to match but I’ll wait till I get a new iPhone in a few months.

Bought 2 tops. Love them both but one has a flaw in the material. I got a discount code to use. If I send the faulty top back I’ll lose my discount on both tops! Even though I’d take a replacement for the faulty one as I love both tops. There should be something in place that if this happens you can get a replacement and not lose the discount! As it is I’ll keep the top and put a little stitch in where it’s frayed. Would be 5 stars if top wasn’t flawed.

My partner has already won and I’m hoping to be next.

The items were good value and seems good quality the postage was a bit expensive plus the delivery partner is not the best. I waited in all day Thursday as my items were on van being delivered that day but weren’t delivered until the Saturday! That’s why 4 stars not 5.
