I ordered a single item from the Nine Life Ireland website on June 10th having had no indication whatsoever that it was being shipped here from the USA.

As of today, July 1st, I'm still waiting to receive it. The tracking indicates that it is somewhere on mainland Europe. Still showing an estimated delivery date of 29 June.

If this ever arrives, I assume I will be liable for VAT plus the new €3 per item charge.

Very unclear and ambiguous trading!

Update: The item arrived today, 3 July. No additional charges. No idea how or why not but I'll take it gratefully.

These guys deliver for Petstop in my area and the service and efficiency is really good. The driver in my area (Stephan) is really friendly and careful. Head and shoulders above other courier companies.

Good experience this time. Bit of a wait for the shuttle bus to pick us up after parking, not much of a wait on our return.

The online transaction and associated communications about delivery etc were spot on. The delivery experience was just ok but we got there in the end so I don't feel it's fair to withhold a star.

Easy to use and operate from your mobile app. Transparent and excellent and relevant comms.

On vacation in Florida and NYC, so purchased a $50 unlimited data monthly sim. Literally NEVER worked. Sometimes showed (allegedly) full service but wouldn't connect and other times showed Emergency Calls only. Customer service involved sending or receiving SMS messages, which is obviously impossible when you have zero phone or data service. Rubbish. Avoid Would give zero stats if I could.

All good, lost 1 star due to slowish delivery time.

Deducted a star as I was disappointed at being charged a fee to change booking dates (for the same property) months in advance of my trip. Unreasonable, in my view.

Otherwise, my experience with Sykes has been very good.

I bought the Kokoon ear buds in hope and on the strength of their money back guarantee. Unfortunately, despite complying with all the conditions for a refund and following their instructions to the letter, they have refused to refund claiming not to have received my return parcel. Now they will not respond at all to email enquiries. Avoid, Kokoon is not trustworthy.

Addendum: Just to say that more than 9 weeks after posting my return back and 2 days after leaving this review, I received notification of my refund.

Friendly staff, reliable and good delivery options

Delivery driver drops parcel behind my car ( in the open), presses the bell and legs it!! I know they're under big time pressure but with many companies now shipping in paper packaging, "drop on ground and run" is not appropriate.

Great, from senders point of view anyway. As described and good communications. Would be nice to get the recipients pov as well for a rounded review.

I am new to TJC and have made about 4 orders over the past 3 months. There have been problems with all of them. Very slow dispatch and delivery; item not available after ordering; orders not received etc. Have had to phone and email to try to sort things out. Shouldn't be this hard! Disappointing.

I really want to commend the customer service of Currys IE. I bought an American Style Fridge freezer online and they attempted delivery but discovered the fridge doors needed to be removed to get it in my front door. They rescheduled the delivery because they didn't have enough time allocated that day. They arrived a few days later, removed the fridge doors, brought it in and put the doors back on. Unfortunately - after they left - it became apparent to me that, although the fridge fitted in the space, the doors didn't have enough space to open properly. I phoned Currys customer service and they arranged for it to be collected again (not an easy task!) and returned to their warehouse. Later that evening I got an email confirmation of my refund. It wasn't a happy tale but Currys made it as easy as it could have been. I dealt with three different delivery teams and they were all really helpful, friendly and cheerful. Thank you Currys!

I've used this villa rental company before and have been very satisfied on both occasions. The property information is comprehensive and accurate and their communications are good. Would use again and recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our 12 night stay at Villa Haria. Facilities were good and the kids really appreciated the pool table and ping pong. the VillaPlus rep called to us on our first morning and was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the electrics which we notified to the VillaPlus rep and which was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The maid service and towel change twice a week was great and the pool was well looked after. The information in the house folder was some of the most comprehensive and useful I have come across.

The only gripe I can say is that it wasn't made clear enough to me in advance that the "shallow" end of the pool is, in fact, 1.6m so certainly out of my depth not to mention the kids. Also, a suggestion I have is to provide dedicated pool towels for each person as well as "house" towels - that would be really appreciated.

All in all, highly recommended for couples and families with older children (due to pool depth).
