My order was dispatched & delivered very quickly.Items were well packed. My wooden candle holder was disappointing, the lettering was shoddy and unfinished...I had to use wire wool and a penknife to tidy it up! The Blackberry Jam jar was a "seconds" I paid for a first! There was a black line on the inside base indicating a seconds, ( which I washed off) there were numerous " blisters," a large lump of clay and a piece of missing glaze on the rim. I will not use it for Jam as the spoon will scrape against the lump. I feel that I was palmed off with a "seconds"... I've been a collector of EB for many years, I feel their inspection procedure is now wanting. I now wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I love my top, it fits and flatters well. I like the pleat down the front. I was just a tad disappointed in the colour seaweed chalk which I perceived to be more of a brighter turquoise/ teal colour...it is more of a dark blue/ navy. Nevertheless it is beautiful and the material is ideal for hot, clammy days. Thank you Seasalt!

I received my two tops from Seasalt quickly. They were very neatly folded and packed with care. No plastic bags used! The tops were made with good quality material, crisp and bright looking. No problems with Hermes sometimes boxes get a bit bashed but that is mostly due to the shop seller not packing properly. Deliver to door, no need for contact, my delivery lady Karen very efficient and reliable could not fault her!

Sadly I am disappointed with my purchase this time from EB. The rim of my Gin glass is uneven. When you run your finger around the rim there are"bumps". I have 22 EB glasses in total ( plus 3 lanterns, small vases, bowl, trifle dish candle holders and sweet container) and the rims are all perfect! I have one other Gin glass and it is perfect. I purchased this for a present which I am now not going to give because it feels like a second to me. At £40 a glass this is not good enough. So, a negative review this time I'm afraid.

I received my beautiful Swallows jug quickly and it was really well wrapped.
It is for my bedroom as I have the EB Swallows bed linen. it looks very pretty filled with blue and white flowers on my bedside table.A cosy finishing touch!

I was very pleasantly surprised at the prettiness and capacity of this Cool Bag.It will hold lots of food.The bag has two strong handles and one long shoulder strap. I can't see me using the shoulder strap personally. I am looking forward to using it as it replaces a plain cool bag with a rather temperamental zip! It was also a great price in the recent sale and quickly sold out. I was lucky to get one!Thank you EB!
