I ordered a watch here and it came looking everything it was supposed to unlike some others. The presentation in a box with instructions finished it off. Again unlike others . Amazing.

I bought an item online back in August. I had a confirmation email and payment taken stating I would receive my purchase within days.
A couple of weeks ago (beginning of November) I emailed stating still waiting. Nothing.
At the beginning of this week I emailed again stating if I didn’t get a response I would as of today go for a chargeback and a refund and, put a review here. So guess what, no response.

Steve came round to rectify the radiator in the en-suite. He replaced with a new one.
He came back as noted a problem we’d reported about the main bathroom shower boarding walls being distorted.
He then replaced it all and cleaned up after himself as he also did with the radiator.
