J'ai commandé des jumelles sur le site de la France. Le produit finalement est arrivé, les jumelles sont d'une qualité correcte, pour un bon prix. Mais ce n'est pas indiqué qu'elles proviennent de la Chine, et ce n'est pas rapide. Aussi, c'était envoyé avec une compagnie independent aussi Chinois qui communique, mais la livraison n'était pas très clair. J'étais notifiée que le colis était trop grand pour la boite au lettres (pas vrai) pendant j'étais la, chez moi, rdv, en vue de l'entrée. Il y avait personne. Même jour: le colis était dans un Relay. Ok. Mais je préfère à savoir d'où vient les produits. C'est dissimulé et compliqué.

My flight got cancelled the same morning, but I can understand that, it's winter and all.

But the previous day I had been unable to check in. The app just would not work, nor the site. Even though they intimate that if you don't use the app, "there may be charges." What?

Also my credit card, working fine for everything else, started to be declined during my attempts. (I was trying to pay for a bag.)

So after a slew of emails, a refund has been processed. To my credit card marked as declined, so they have sent it to a Mastercard. I don't have a Mastercard.

They provide no contact phone number.

I'm actually glad it was cancelled. From now on in, I will only book real airlines.

This is not legit. I got an email saying my booking had been received, but not confirmed and I needed to call them in 4-6 hours. Then I got another email addressed to me by my first name, long and rambling, with a different confirmation number saying that they had been trying to reach me. They had not. Their customer service number does not work. Their customer service chat does not answer. Another number on the same site did work and the operator told me that my reservation did not exist. Airline has no reservation for me. The charge has not appeared on my card. I am hoping that it does not. Funny thing is, I checked out Trustpilot first. Somehow this company either has scammers pretending to be them, or they have someone writing fake reviews for them. Their Facebook page is out date and filled with flowery promises, as is the website.

J’ai acheté plusieurs choses et j’apprécie trouver un prix sur quelque chose de qualité que je cherche et le don c’est un bonus. Parfois la livraison n’est pas super vite (et parfois c’est vite) mais je trouve ça parfaitement acceptable.

I live in France. This app is my go-to for finding a hotel. I appreciate the earned discounts, the rapid response from the hotels, and the details provided.

Je crois la démarche était claire et les infos étaient fourni dans une manière ponctuelle.

Nèanmoins c'est dommage qu'on est obligés de payer un service pour effectuer cette démarche simplement parce que le site officiel est totalement inutile.
