Love disturbia. Unique and fab quality!

The gold coating on the soap dispenser I received came off a week after it was delivered. I submitted a request to customer service for a store credit and never heard back.

Ordering was easy. Shipping was relatively quick. Items were quality. I intend to order a lot more from this company!

I ordered 4 dresses and after fitting decided to keep 2. But after washing one dress the stitches turned white. I send in a complain and that was taken care of. The guy who mailed me was super kind and the problem was solved really quick. I got my money back the same hour. The other dress is very beautiful and I love wearing it.

Apparel quality was mediocre and not well thought out. Returns are expensive. I understand they have to ship across the pond but in the return stage they didn't make it clear or transparent their return address so you could price your own shipping label.

Knowing the quality is spotty, sizing is funky, and returns are half the cost of some of the items, I will likely not be a customer.

I had to exchange my order twice before I found the right size for me - the process was quick and easy! super happy with the ability to find the perfect fit.

US customer here. Having spent so much money here, I'm the highest tier in their rewards system but with NO free returns benefits like outside the US which is stupid. Otherwise returns/shipping is from Ohio and pretty quick, as is customer service response in general. Clothing quality is a hit or miss, pay attention to what materials the fabric is.

Really cool products, well made, fast shipping. I've found items are large for size and have had to size down everything I've bought but LOVE them all!
