The README leads with a light/dark banner, the install, what's new (the mission layer, the door rule, DeepSeek as a fourth host, any language, the rename), the measured demo, the mission layer's track status, the agent principles and the supported hosts. docs/brand/ holds the mark, lockups, banners, favicons, app icons, OG card and GitHub social preview, generated by gen_brand.py from one palette with WCAG checks, plus a brand book. Two adversarial reviews' confirmed findings are fixed: what the mission ledger covers, approval provenance (M9.17), Codex install steps, the door rule's current enforcement, the .aladdin/ run-data path, Rust 1.85, make ci's contents, the workflow diagram's names, OVERVIEW's gate count and north-star numbers from the evidence ledger, the installer's printed slug, the site's light palette and the brand kit's dependencies. SECURITY.md and issue forms are new; the site gains a favicon and OG metadata. Before: the repo's front page still read as "agentic-agile". It had no logo, banner or social image. The README said nothing about the mission layer, the agent principles and door rule, or any host besides Claude Code. Several docs still pointed at
