J’essaye de valider mon compte sur leur site mais lors du processus sa me dit qu’il n’ont pas les documents MiCA et qu’ils ne peuvent pas accepter de nous client. C’est assez choquant pour une entreprise de ne pas avoir les document MICA. Faites attention Transak est en train d’opérer actuellement sans aucune réglementation, si il y a un soucis sur un de vos paiement vous ne pourrez pas obtenir de remboursement ATTENTION il n’auront pas le MiCA avant 5 mois donc pendant 5 mois ils pourrons vous voler l’argent…

As part of the ongoing implementation of the MiCA framework in the European Union, we are currently completing our MiCA authorisation process. As a precautionary measure, we have temporarily paused new customer sign-ups within the EU while we finalize this process. Existing EU customers, as well as customers outside the EU, continue to be supported as usual.

As per our review, you voluntarily selected Transak as the payment partner and completed KYC using your own documents. Based on this, you were identified as a legitimate customer, and the order was placed according to your instructions.
The cryptocurrency was successfully processed and delivered on-chain to the wallet address you entered during checkout. Transak does not provide or control wallets, nor do we store user funds. Bonjour , j’essaye de crée un compte sur transak mais sa me met un message rouge qui me dit qu’ils n’ont pas le MiCA a jours et ne peuvent pas accepter mon inscription . Assez bizarre de pas avoir à jour la chose la plus importante dans ce domaine. A quand une résolution ??? Il ne faut surtout pas acheter avant qu’il sois à jour car vos paiement ne sont pas protéger !!

After reviewing your case and your previous conversation with our support team, we can confirm that your order was processed successfully and the cryptocurrency was delivered on the Ethereum network, which was the network selected during checkout.
We noticed that your purchase was initiated through TokenTrove, where the default network is Immutable zkEVM. However, when you're redirected to the Transak widget, the asset and network can be changed before confirming the order. If your intention was to use the funds on Immutable zkEVM, you may first need to bridge the assets from Ethereum to Immutable zkEVM before they become available there.
We've reached out to you via email with more details, including a help article explaining this process. As a fiat-to-crypto on-ramp provider, Transak's role is to deliver the cryptocurrency to the wallet address and network selected during checkout. Any wallet-specific actions, including bridging assets between networks, are managed outside of Transak.
