After reviewing your case and your previous conversation with our support team, we can confirm that your order was processed successfully and the cryptocurrency was delivered on the Ethereum network, which was the network selected during checkout.
We noticed that your purchase was initiated through TokenTrove, where the default network is Immutable zkEVM. However, when you're redirected to the Transak widget, the asset and network can be changed before confirming the order. If your intention was to use the funds on Immutable zkEVM, you may first need to bridge the assets from Ethereum to Immutable zkEVM before they become available there.
We've reached out to you via email with more details, including a help article explaining this process. As a fiat-to-crypto on-ramp provider, Transak's role is to deliver the cryptocurrency to the wallet address and network selected during checkout. Any wallet-specific actions, including bridging assets between networks, are managed outside of Transak.
