Bloque trop le bruit
J’ai reçu mes Loop Engage 2 et je les ai testé au travail.
À mon avis, ils bloquent trop le son. Je suis secrétaire dentaire, et j’ai besoin d’entendre mes collègues et les patients parler! Mais là, c’est trop! Je n’entends rien!
Pour le prix, j’aimerais être remboursée ou qu’on change le produit pour quelque chose qui bloquerait moins le bruit!

Ma commande est bloquée depuis plus d’une semaine je n’ai pas de nouvelles et impossible d’avoir une réponse d’un humain… je les avais pourtant commandées à temps pour un festival et je ne vais pas les recevoir pour, je devrai les retourner si elles n’arrivent pas à temps par manque d’utilité … je suis très déçue… pourquoi afficher un délai de livraison de moins de 6 jours si ce n’est pas le cas ??

Expérience extrêmement décevante.
En plus d’être inefficaces pour mon usage, les bouchons d’oreilles ne valent absolument pas leur prix. J’ai donc demandé un remboursement conformément à leur politique de retour.
Depuis, c’est le silence total. J’ai envoyé plusieurs e-mails au service client, tous restés sans réponse, et je n’ai jamais reçu mon remboursement.
Aucun numéro de téléphone et un service après-vente qui semble inexistant. Lorsqu’un problème survient, il n’y a tout simplement aucun moyen d’obtenir une réponse.
Je déconseille vivement cette marque. Les produits ne m’ont apporté aucun bénéfice et, en cas de problème, le service client est totalement absent.

Un indispensable pour les personnes sensibles au bruit !
J’utilise les Loop Switch™ 2 en doré au quotidien et les Loop Dream™ couleur pêche pour dormir, et je ne pourrais plus m’en passer. Je les emmène absolument partout avec moi.
Je suis hyperacousique, donc le bruit peut vite devenir un véritable enfer. Ces bouchons sont devenus mon refuge. Ce que j’apprécie particulièrement, c’est le choix des différents embouts : chacun peut trouver la taille qui lui convient, ce qui permet un ajustement parfait et un excellent maintien.
Les Switch™ 2 sont géniaux, car je peux adapter le niveau d’atténuation en fonction de la situation sans changer de bouchons. Quant aux Dream™, ils sont incroyablement confortables : je peux dormir toute la nuit avec sans qu’ils me gênent ou tombent de mes oreilles.
En plus d’être efficaces, ils sont élégants, discrets et très agréables à porter.

Commande retournée il y a plus d'un mois service client injoignable. J'envoie des mails, personne ne répond. L'adresse ne fonctionne pas. Il n'y a aucun numéro de téléphone ; sur le chat on me dit d'envoyer des mails mais cela ne fonctionne pas. La seule fois où on m'a répondu, c'est sur mon ancien commentaire mais la réponse n'était pas celle attendue et depuis je n'ai eu aucun remboursement. C'est une grosse arnaque. On me doit 80 € car j'ai retourné trois articles mais personne ne prend ma demande en compte.

J'ai commandé des loop switch 2 chez Earloop pour l'offrir à quelqu'un, mais après m'être ravisé j'ai décidé de les retourner. Après 2 jours sans nouvelles du service de retour qui était censé me fournir une étiquette, j'ai décidé de contacter un agent du support via le chat IA qui a résolu le problème en quelques secondes à peine : mon achat a été remboursé et j'ai pu conserver les loop au final. Rapide, efficace, très pro, je recommande rien que pour la qualité du service 👍

Très difficile de trouver la bonne…
Très difficile de trouver la bonne dimension . Très difficile à couper le son (versus les bouchons conventionnels en mousse). Je trouve qu’ils sont vraiment dispendieux pour ce que j’ai. Il y a des nuits où j’ai eu mal à l’oreille. J’entends facilement les gens parler autour de moi.

Première commande sur le site Loop Earplugs et je suis totalement satisfaite de mon achat.
J’ai pu tester les bouchons d’oreilles sur mon lieu de travail et la possibilité d’ajuster le niveau de réduction du bruit est un véritable atout. La petite boîte de transport est également très pratique pour les emmener partout.
J’ai ensuite essayé les autres bouchons lors d’un concert, et là encore, aucune déception : le son reste de bonne qualité tout en protégeant efficacement les oreilles.
Enfin, les bouchons conçus pour le sommeil sont très confortables à porter. Ils ne gênent pas pendant la nuit et permettent de dormir paisiblement.
Je recommande sans hésiter !

La compagnie est belge, le site et le matériel en français existent donc, mais comme cliente canadienne je n’ai accès qu’à un site en anglais et le livret d’instruction reçu est aussi unilingue anglais, ce qui est contre la loi québécoise. Aussi, impossible de trouver un courriel auquel adresser une plainte: le lien “Contact us” mène à la même page que le lien FAQ. Bref, je n’ai pas essayé les bouchons encore mais le service à la clientèle est indigne d’une entreprise qui se respecte.
