J ai acheté des loop Switch 2 mais le produit est défectueux : la molette reste bloquée sur le même niveau sonore peu importe le mode choisi (Engage, Experience ou Quiet). Les bouchons sont pourtant sous garantie de 2 ans.
Le service client refuse de remplacer mon produit et me propose seulement un bon de réduction de 20% pour racheter une autre paire à mes frais. C'est une pratique abusive et illégale.
Je suis extrêmement déçue de la manière dont loop traite ses clients.

J'ai commandé les loops dream et je préférerais la version précédente. Dans celle ci une fois sur deux quand tu les enlève le silicone qui recouvre la mousse s'enlève en partie laissant une partie de la mousse visible et pénible à remettre

Le produit parfait livraison (La poste et moi avons merder)
Le produit est génial, j’ai commandé les switch 2 qui me permettent de me protéger au maximum en concert et de les porter confortablement tout au long de la journée sans réelle gêne, il faut juste être à l’aise à porter des protections auditives plusieurs heures
Petit problème mais qui est un mixe en ma faute et celle de la poste. Ils ont mis longtemps à arriver car je me suis trompé d’un chiffre et la poste au bout d’un semaine et demi m’ont « ah il y a une erreur c’est quoi votre adresse » donc bon, je suis trompé d’adresse sans m’en rendre compte certes mais la poste aurais pu réagir plutôt
Donc rien contre la marque LOOP en elle même
Mes deux bouchons d’oreille son de qualité et fond ce que je leur demande !

Bloque trop le bruit
J’ai reçu mes Loop Engage 2 et je les ai testé au travail.
À mon avis, ils bloquent trop le son. Je suis secrétaire dentaire, et j’ai besoin d’entendre mes collègues et les patients parler! Mais là, c’est trop! Je n’entends rien!
Pour le prix, j’aimerais être remboursée ou qu’on change le produit pour quelque chose qui bloquerait moins le bruit!

Expérience extrêmement décevante.
En plus d’être inefficaces pour mon usage, les bouchons d’oreilles ne valent absolument pas leur prix. J’ai donc demandé un remboursement conformément à leur politique de retour.
Depuis, c’est le silence total. J’ai envoyé plusieurs e-mails au service client, tous restés sans réponse, et je n’ai jamais reçu mon remboursement.
Aucun numéro de téléphone et un service après-vente qui semble inexistant. Lorsqu’un problème survient, il n’y a tout simplement aucun moyen d’obtenir une réponse.
Je déconseille vivement cette marque. Les produits ne m’ont apporté aucun bénéfice et, en cas de problème, le service client est totalement absent.

Un indispensable pour les personnes sensibles au bruit !
J’utilise les Loop Switch™ 2 en doré au quotidien et les Loop Dream™ couleur pêche pour dormir, et je ne pourrais plus m’en passer. Je les emmène absolument partout avec moi.
Je suis hyperacousique, donc le bruit peut vite devenir un véritable enfer. Ces bouchons sont devenus mon refuge. Ce que j’apprécie particulièrement, c’est le choix des différents embouts : chacun peut trouver la taille qui lui convient, ce qui permet un ajustement parfait et un excellent maintien.
Les Switch™ 2 sont géniaux, car je peux adapter le niveau d’atténuation en fonction de la situation sans changer de bouchons. Quant aux Dream™, ils sont incroyablement confortables : je peux dormir toute la nuit avec sans qu’ils me gênent ou tombent de mes oreilles.
En plus d’être efficaces, ils sont élégants, discrets et très agréables à porter.
Merci Loop d’avoir créé un produit qui améliore réellement mon quotidien. Je recommande à 100 % !

Commande retournée il y a plus d'un mois service client injoignable. J'envoie des mails, personne ne répond. L'adresse ne fonctionne pas. Il n'y a aucun numéro de téléphone ; sur le chat on me dit d'envoyer des mails mais cela ne fonctionne pas. La seule fois où on m'a répondu, c'est sur mon ancien commentaire mais la réponse n'était pas celle attendue et depuis je n'ai eu aucun remboursement. C'est une grosse arnaque. On me doit 80 € car j'ai retourné trois articles mais personne ne prend ma demande en compte.
