My first time ordering with Popstore and I am very impressed with the service. I pre-ordered Gracie Abrams' new album as they seemed to have the most competitive price for the Indie varient with the bonus track. This was dispatched within great time and should have arrived on release day (there were some issues at my local depot so this was out of their control) They also included an extra poster which I wasnt expecting and provided a lovely note that explained Tom packed my order and what he was listening to when he packed it which I loved! Thank you Tom, and Popstore, I will absolutely order from you again!

Ordered vinyl as a surprise gift for my daughter and she was delighted.
Delivered on day of release as promised.

Vinyl arrived with cover slightly damaged due to Royal Mail. As my son was planning to give it to friend displayed in a frame as a birthday present, I contacted Pop Store who immediately offered a replacement, kept me up to date on delivery and told me that I could keep the slightly damaged one which my son was happy with! Excellent customer service all round.

Bought a record from Pop Store for the first time and I’m very happy with my purchase. It was a pre order, for an amazing price, which I only ordered a couple of days before release, and with no offence to them, just my mind thinking it’s just all the huge places that would get it out to me on the release date, my record arrived on the day of release. Not only that, there was tracking with my order and the lovely part is a personalised little card inside, thanking me personally for my purchase, the name of who packed it and what they were listening to when packing it. I love touches like that, keep it up!! Please keep it up even when you go huge, it’s special. Definitely my go to place for music now!! Thank you

This was my first time ordering with Popstore.
I do always worry about ordering vinyl through the post as it can be very hit and miss. Some companies don't package the record well enough resulting in bent corners and the dreaded split sleeve. I ordered Madonnas new album which arrived in excellent condition due to being expertly packaged. Thank you.

Ordered Madonna Confessions 2 - limited edition 16 track LP had sold out from most mainstream websites including Madonna’s own store - so it was really refreshing to find an independent record store supplying it, usually independents are ‘too cool‘ for major pop / dance artists - despatched immediately after ordering on the Friday and arrived on the Monday well packaged.
