I had a request with my order (changing the size of an item before being shipped) and customer service responded PROMPT and were very helpful in sorting this out for me as I was very worried about it. But they assured me it wasn’t an issue and replied the day after. Thank you!

Customer service: I had to exchange something for a different size however Royal Mail lost the parcel. Minka Dink were very helpful and as soon as I sent over the receipt (proof of return) they sent me the correct size and item immediately and dealt with Royal Mail themselves.

I ordered a size M in a dress and debated whether to size up. I missed the return time but they still let me exchange it. I told them I wanted it for a holiday and they kindly posted the new size before receiving the old size. Excellent customer service. The dresses are great quality and material. My only comment is that they could be slightly longer.

Very stylish and good quality clothes. Customer service has been very helpful on the rare occasion we have had an issue and this was rectified promptly. My daughter loves the brand and the ethics of the company and has a growing collection of Minka Dink blouses and jumpers, which she really loves.

I couldn’t recommend this brand enough! I have so many of their pieces and love them all. The quality and fit of their clothing let alone the customer service cannot be faulted.

I order a bikini for my daughter’s birthday and the parcel arrived empty! I contacted royal mail and they need Minka dink to claim. I have emailed 3 times, messaged on insta and now commented on a post. Appalling customer service!

UPDATE: Customer services contacted me and mentioned that there is an issue with emails being received from 1 member of the customers services team and they are investigating. I received a full refund and 10% off voucher.

Very poor customer service. Which is unfortunate because I really support the brand's ethics, and the clothes are really cute. It takes days to receive a response with no apology for the delay. I returned a garment without a label which they said was ok, but haven't received the refunded amount yet and it's been over a week now. Really disappointed as I have emailed them, and followed up but no response still! Even reached out via Instagram before to receive a response from my emails! Garments are cute but for one of my tops I noticed that the thread was loose after only a couple of wears so I had to cut it off unfortunately. It's still wearable but the quality is disappointing considering the price. It is very unlikely that I will be buying again and will be discouraging my friends from buying. Such a shame.

No communication from Minkadink re query about returned item . They haven’t responded to my email or insta message to them .
There are a few negative comments on here about their customer service but I really cannot understand how there are many more positive comments on here about their customer service !

I haven’t experienced ANY customer service from them yet so how can this be ? Makes no sense to me .

Should have stuck to shopping from established High Street shops who do operate some sort of customer service when things go wrong.

Great independent retailer. The shorts I purchased are of exceptional quality. I initially bought a pair a size too large and the process for changing them to a smaller size was made very easy. Customer care is excellent and communication faultless. Thank you.

This is the first time I purchased from Minka Dink & I must say, it was so easy to communicate with the girls. The jeans (with white stitching) I’ve purchased are absolutely brilliant!
