No enough white chocolate, just taste like OAT

I have sent the following email to McVities.:-Hi I have been buying your digestive biscuits for at least 50yrs and I went to buy a double pack of your digestives just to find out that the packets have shrunk again. A few weeks ago I could but packs of 360g and now they are 315g packs. Why don't you just increase the price instead of trying to sneak in a new size hoping that your customers do not notice. This IS NOT how a company should treat it's customers and I am disgusted at your attitude. I suppose that the person who did this will be getting a bonus this year. Maybe you should cut the bonuses and use it to make biscuits. i know that this will probably make no difference as customer service means nothing now. Stop being underhanded and be honest.

I usually love mcvities digestive biscuits. They have brought out a plain one called the cocoa one. Its meant to be a plain digestive mixd with a bit of cocoa powder. It is AWFUL! dont waste your money. Get the originals people! You have been warned. They come in a pack of 9... 8 are going in the bin!

Ive just tried a Mcvites chocolate digestive with utter disappointment! It tasted artifical and nothing like I remembered it to taste. It was small and thin and not very pleasant to bite into at all. The chocolate was thin and tasted synthetic and the digestive biscuit left an artificial aftertaste that I never want to experience again! This is a shame because once upon a time they were truly a delicious treat. Whats gone wrong?

Following yet another reduction in size to 315g I will no longer buy Mcvitie’s digestives. The practice is cynical and reprehensible. The company clearly have no respect for their customers.

Disgusting biscuits much thinner and packet has once again been shrunk by another 3 biscuits.mcvites taking its customers for mugs. No longer wasting my money on such poor value

I haven't bought Mcvities Jaffa Cakes in such a long time (years), oh how things have changed!!! They are now tiny compared to to what we were used to an out & out rip off!!! Please give us back the quality we had years ago.

Just a humble semi homeless geezer playing his harmonica by the harbourside in bristol. I just got give a pack of jaffa cake digestives. I didnt pay much attention to begin with because its hot and I'm thirsty.just ate 1 and they are fkin banging!!

Just bought a pack of orange clubs. Whilst the whole world is trying to reduce plastic packaging, mcvities see it as a good time to change from their age old relatively environmentally friendly foil and paper TO plastic. Way to go Mcvities! Sack the idiot in charge of packaging.

Their packaging gets bigger and bigger compared to the contents, while the biscuits have less and less taste and the "chocolate" is little more than a smear.

Obviously McVities' accountants have taken over and reduced what was a treat to a tasteless mess, not worth buying.

So I've removed them from our shopping list for good.

Love you products but,please make them for Adults not children if you need the money Charge us more Come On guys

Digestive biscuits are not as sweet as they used to be. Very bland. Please change them back to the old original flavour. Plain and Milk Chocolate Digestives are not as sweet either. I won't buy them anymore.

Mcvities digestive biscuits were once the best thing since sliced bread but now they are terrible. What other brands do people think are better.

My wife, against my wishes, bought me a double pack of bourbons as I was a brave little soldier in hospital today
The cream was barely 1mm thick, absolute disgrace, I half ate one biscuit ,gave the other half to the dog and threw the rest in the bin
Shrinkflation does not bother me, I simply dont buy the productbl anymore , I have to say though that xmas without quality street aint the same,members of my family fought and died in various wars and if they were still around today im sure they would say it wasn't worth it, clubs, penguins, all cereals, toffee chocs, WHY WHY WHY ????

If I could award Zero - I would.
Once great biscuits and cakes - now reduced to mediocre at best. Their latest crap idea is to shrinkflate and change the Club biscuit.
Spoiler - they are now rubbish. You get far less taste, no real chocolate and a cardboard recycling experiment gone wrong. Oh and they are 1/2 the size for more money too.
McVities are alienating their customers and this one has now given up with that brand.
I treat the McVities logo now like a Hazard Warning label. Avoid at all costs.

Digestive caramel slices. Small and flavourless
Five tiny bars in a cardboard sleeve and overwrapper.
Pitifully small biscuits which were more like a soggy flapjack than a Digestive. Expensive and generally tasteless.
A good brand that is now not worth considering, especially if they are going to hide the small biscuits in an oversized wrapper.

mc vities original digestive are a tasteless pile of rubbish not buying anymore. trouble with these businesses they make a fortune then they change the recipe thinner biscuits no taste crap its not just these but other mcvities biscuits.

Mcvities jaffa cakes are now so tiny, they are just not worth buying anymore.
The price is high and the size of these sad jaffa cakes is a now a joke!

Every time you buy a box the poor jaffa cake has ishrunk by over half a cm....
You pay just for the package
