Did not receive 3 of 3 orders. They claim were delivered. Scumbags. Do not order!!!

Absolutely horrible, I rather order a bootleg plushie then these... Shipping took 3 MONTHS! When it finally came (I ordered bobette) her ornament holder on her head was broken, waste of money, buy bootlegs, their faster and still look ok...

Plushy arrived months late and nothing like the photos listed

My order was delayed for over a month and took another month to arrive when it finally shipped out. And even when it DID arrive the quality is absolutely AWFUL. The stitching looks like you could rip it with one slash from a butter knife, the stuffing is plasticky and clumpy, the fabric feels cheap. It feels no different to something you would get from Temu. And this thing cost me 80 AUD. If your considering ordering anything save yourself 75 bucks and get something off of Aliexpress.

I wish I would have read the reviews ahead of time before ordering with them. 3 months have gone by and not a single tracking number or any information on when the item will ship. My daughter paid for this with her own money and all I get back from service is "we don't know when this will ship yet." For the ridiculous prices they charge for a freaking plushie, you'd think they would have more information for their customers. It's a greedy money grab. They want to sell inventory without actually stocking any inventory and then still charge you full price. This company needs to be looked into. They won't stay in business long as people start to slowly realize their insane business practices.

I ordered a cocoa plush on June 13 and it didn’t even ship. Horrible customer service and I hate them I prefer buying nothing if you want these 14 inch plushies I’d recommend buying the Walmart ones or ones from culturefly they are 12 inch and much cheaper to save you lots of money it saves you about 10 dollars

Have not yet received it, so I cant touch on the quality of the item- I cant even find any customer service information which is a huge reg flag & should have tipped me off prior to buying but kiddo was excited about the plushie and the site seemed legit

I ordered the plush in March 22 & there are no details as to when it will be delivered anywhere on the site or email

Still waiting for my order to be shipped out. It’s been 2 weeks and it’s not even been dispatched yet plus it was an in stock item NOT a preorder so no excuses.

I bought the astro and vee plush and it did not come to my house for a long time and thats when I realised I did not put my full address which was completely my fault on my end but after contacting the support team, they were very prompt with their replies and helped me through the next steps! I eventually asked for a refund as I decided it was not worth the wait anymore but they gave me the refunds promptly and thus were efficient in helping! Overall, their support team was very efficient in responding timely and guiding through the whole thing!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could… ordered 2 items on the 28th of April (both items stated In Stock, not pre order!!). Since then all I have received is “item on its way” I have contacted customer service a number of times to find out what’s going on and to give me an estimated delivery but they take days/weeks to respond with useless email back not giving any helpful answers to what actually is going on?? I really wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from this company. Waste of money and time. I have no idea if I will ever received my order or get a refund. Oh and to top it off I have a very disappointed child. All she wanted for her birthday was the sprout plushie and the poster... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Bought 3 items. Only one turned up. One lost by the courier. The other was supposed to be in the package with the delivered item.
Emailed twice. Heard nothing back. Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely abysmal. A greedy, money hungry, cash grab “business”. After waiting three weeks for them to ship one item (that was in stock, not a preorder), I wrote customer service. They were 0% helpful and offered a generic timeline of items being shipped out in 7-10 days, which we had already exceeded. A month after placing the order, I wrote that I need them to cancel my order and refund me. Five days later I get a reply that they can’t because that very day, a miracle occurred! A shipping label had been created for my item on the very day they chose to respond and, as such, could not be cancelled. Not to worry though, I can return the item after I receive it, which will probably take several weeks to even receive. Then I get the pleasure of contacting customer service to initiate the return (because there is not a more simple way to do it) and wait another couple weeks to get a response and instructions. So, maybe a year from now I’ll get a refund for the item they could have just cancelled for me. It’s mind blowing how desperate the greed is. Do not waste your time or money. The items are already marked up at a nauseating rate and to pay $10 for shipping that doesn’t even include a standard timeline they have to follow is absurd. The only reason I placed this order was my kiddo worked so hard to earn the money for this as they wanted it so much. It’s a good lesson for us both and I will not be supporting this brand or company any longer.

I have no idea why people say that this is bad. I bought a sprout plush, and he came in about a month, like most of the plushies you typically order online. However, the prices are a teensy tiny bit high when you count the international shipping but the high quality just makes it so worth it. Will definitely buy again

Everything is preordered. It was very simple to order a item. I ordered the bassie plushie and have some friends with the bobette and Gourdy plushie. it feels very hight quality. I would recommend buying stuff if you injoy Dandys world.

My experience was really good, since i'm brazillian and the order came from the U.S. It took a while, but it was expected, SINCE IS A PRE-ORDER, cmon, it won't teleport to you! I was a little anxious because it took a while to depart, but the customer service was really kind to me! I bought the pebble deluxe plush, dandy deluxe plush and the astro deluxe plush. They are very cute! Keep up the good job blushcrunch team and culturefly!

I would give 0 stars. I ordered a plush for my child and it should have arrived by April 8th. When reviewing the tracking it arrived in my state of TN then was routed to Maryland and no updates on tracking provided and its now been 6 days. I reached out to customer service which ofcourse was no help. I will be filing fraud at this point. For such a new company and trying to support, I will never order from this company again

I bought my vee plush about 3 mouths ago IT STILL DIDNT COME plus I Had to pay ANOTHER 25 DOLLARS PLUS THE 45 BECAUSE OF SHIPPING I'd highly just buy rip off ones there creeper AND THE SITES DONT ANNOR YOU other then that the plushs are great and I don't blame the owner of dandys world I BLAME THE Company MAKEING THEM !
