I had recently left a review for Dandy's World. Due to a mistake on my part I gave them a poor rating . I am updating my review of this company . It does take a while to receive your items, but when you do get your items, they are well worth the wait ! My grandson was ecstatic when Bobette arrived :) I apologize for any inconveniences my previous review caused.

I ordered my Pre-Order Dandy plush (Key word: 'PRE-order') And he STILL ended up arriving in about only 2 weeks! Highly recommend and I honestly am confused about those reviews that pronounce Gourdy 'Grody'

Oh well :p Anyways, I recently got a tracking notification recently for my Pebble plush! Astro and GOURDY are coming soon!

I placed an order September 2025 and the goods eventually turned up in November. I have since ordered another plushie in December and contacted customer support twice for an update and am being ignored. You might eventually get the goods you paid for, but don't bank on hearing anything from the company when you request an update.

I ordered a plushie at the beginning of January and we are now in March, still no sign of it. I've tried emailing the company for an update a few times but no response from them at all.

its not a scam you probably didntput your adress correctly and didnt check on your delivery either way some of yall are probably lying saying I didn’t get anything but you didnt mention what you bought I got my gourdy Dandy Astro and Pebble plushies in January and pebble on February im getting Vee and Bobette but bobette got delayed so I will be picking it up from the post office center because I’m moving out by then

Looking at the reviews looks like this is a scammy website TAKE MY WORD IT AINT i got my Astro,Pebble and Dandy plushies under 2 weeks and their so cute (:
i think people say this because they hate the game for unknown things when they cant even spell "Gourdy" correct? these are super cute and anyways why would they be at the nyc toyfair if its a scam and provided from culturefly? and the wesite has a nice ui and easy to navigate 10/10 would recomend buying <3

I was very sceptical about ordering after reading all the negative reviews but my experience has been positive. Order came within two weeks which isn’t bad seeing as it was international shipping. It is a little overpriced (both the product and the shipping I think) but other than that no issues.

I ordered a plushie from them in November, originally was supposed to be shipped in December. It didn't supposedly get shipped until January but it went to Montana were it was attempted to be delivered and returned initiated then attempted to be delivered again for 15 days then nothing. It cycled like this for days I was eventually told I had to wait for notifications to not update for 15 days. Now they won't return my money. At 38 for the plush and almost 20 for shipping it wasn't cheap. They rarely reply. They also give vague answers. Save your money

I was really suspicious buying from the site. My daughter had been begging for a plushy. I decided to order for Christmas. I placed an order for 2 different plushies on November 10/2025. Once December hit, I realized they wouldn't be here for Christmas. So I contacted them asked when shipping times were. I was given a vague timeframe like mid to late December for one and early January for the other. I messaged them again a few weeks ago to get an update and my email was not even replied to. We are entering February and still no tracking or updates of any kind, other than money taken from my account right away. It cost $133 CAD for 2 plushies and shipping to Canada. So bad customer service, high prices, extremely long wait times, definitely not worth the hassle.

Very scammy website for such expensive priced toys. They have long pre-ordering times and receiving your actual order is a gamble is what i gather reading other reviews. I accepted that we would not receive christmas presents on time, however was hoping to receive at least a complete order! So after a 1,5 month of waiting instead received 2 of 3 items from my order without any explanation or refund!. When trying to communicate all you get is tracking info of the incomplete shipment for some reason, which I am very aware has been delivered, and is of no help to me. Probably will have to resolve it through pay pal now. Needless to say will not be dealing with the thieves ever again.

I ordered 2 gourdy plush on 10/11/2025. FINALLY got a delivery LATE on 1/5/2026 and it was 2 DANDY plush! I’ve been waiting for Dandy’s World to fix this problem but it’s 1/19/2026 and I STILL don’t have the 2 gourdy plush I ordered early October. When I brought this problem to their attention, they emailed me tracking info saying it was delivered, after I already sent them pictures showing the tracking and packing slip stating my order was supposed to be 2 gourdy plush, but I received 2 dandy plush, they have pictures of proof etc, after weeks of no contact and my repeated emails, they FINALLY replied saying they would email me a return label so I could send the dandy plush back, but I STILL don’t have the return label. No gourdy plush. This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

My 7 year son is waiting patiently, not cheap and used his Christmas money to purchase. .ordered a fortnight ago..can anyone help me with contact details of company?.

The company gets a star taken off due to their communication of order updates is lacking, but the product is very high quality and worth the wait and price, although international shipping is pricey. I ordered a pre-order plushie for a Christmas gift as site said shipping was early December, however it didn't arrive then and there was no updates. I went on their website and saw there an update about shipping times, which were 4 weeks later than anticipated. As it was pre order, I'm sure delay was with their manufacturer, but an update is expected, otherwise people will see red flags. However, I sent an email 4 weeks later to ask about the order and did recieve a reply the next day that it was in process to be shipped, I then got updated tracking on order. The plushie arrived and was better then I expected in quality, it's fantastic with detail. Although it never arrived in time for Christmas, it was worth the wait. The recipient loves it.

I made an order that was supposed to ship the beginning to the middle of December. Here it is almost the middle of January and it has not shipped. I have requested a refund and have not heard anything back. Such a shame.

Ordered 13th November. Still not even been shipped. Can't seem to speak to anyone, just automated responses

Delays. Evasive communication. My order was placed on November 7, 2025 for a pre-order item which has never been shipped.
The website said the pre order would ship at the beginning of December (for Christmas) and if delayed a refund would be offered. The shop app tracking said it was being processed, I enquired with customer service a month after the order and said if it still hasn't shipped i.want them to honor their website communication and requested a refund. I repeatedly contacted them via email 5 more times through today January 8, 2026 requesting a refund as my order has never been shipped. They answered quickly with the same response each time which appears to be a AI generated responses. The response explained that it still hadn't shipped and just ignored my request for a refund, thanking me for my patience. Frustrating. They directed me to expected delivery dates that they had changed since my order, as if that validated the delay.

They are very good! When I had a concern they email as soon as possible, shipping started early December for my Dandy Plush I ordered on the 18th October as told said and only arrived a week later! I had updated notifications and the product is very high quality! I reccomend it :)

I placed an order for the Grody Plush on November 6th was told it would ship middle of December it is Now December 29 and no plush no message after 3 emails to the company and no way to contact them. I would not waste my time on this site - Looks like a total scam

don't use this website. I brought a £67 worth of goods but they never send any shipment order. Please don't buy from this website. the told me that it will be delivered on early December then i Send them email again they late December January.
