I don’t Sell/buy expensive items so accepted the terrible customer service when things don’t go right, but now the filters don’t work - so the search function is useless making the website unusable!!

I was given a Sensse LED mask Christmas 2025 - the control unit now no longer lights up when the power button pressed - obviously now over 12 months old so out of warranty. Loved using it but won’t replace with a Sensse brand if they only last a year.

EVRI have lost my daughters Christmas parcel from our family - sent Next Day Delivery on 16th December. Can only contact them by automated system that only works if the details match up - which they don’t. I have photographs of the parcel so hopefully it will be returned to me!!

My daughter just sent me some Hotel Chocolat chocolates with a card for my birthday - I was disappointed that all the chocolates had a white caste on them and a use by date of February - they didn’t look very appealing and I’m sure my daughter wouldn’t have wanted that as a gift for me - I haven’t told her of course! The card was nice!

Great prices. Shame no Click and Collect as Home Delivery Expensive £4.99 compared to what I was buying. Pet bed arrived wasn’t same colour as in description pink instead of grey. Will order online again when you can go in and collect.

Took £2.50 for oversize parcel - Ebay number they supplied was for a wallet - which wasn't even sent by Packlink!!!
No way to contact them directly. No replies to email. Ebay not interested. Had to make a dispute with Paypal.
Must try it with every customer to see if they can get this charge through.
Avoid if you can!
