Absolutely great service from this company. Ordered on 13th July a dining room table (easy to order on website) and within 24 hrs i had a delivery date which was then bought forward 2 days. The guys delivering on 21st July gave me a call 1 hr before arriving they put the table up for me and were both very polite and professional. I will definately be ordering again soon

I order a side table in April they kept putting the delivery date back May June July I asked for refund did not receive it had to go through my bank
I wish I would have gone on trust pilot before I ordered I would never ordered from they it looks like I’m not the only person complaining

DO NOT ORDER !!!!!

I purchased a dinning table which had a 2 week expected delivery time. 2 weeks had been so I rang them to ask where my order is, conveniently they said ‘’sorry you were on my list to call today’’ they told me there had been a delay overseas and I needed to wait an additional 4 weeks, 6 weeks after I purchased the table. There was no previous communication of any delay and I am already in my new home so only ordered from them becuase of the apparent quick 2 week delivery. I had no trust and should’ve looked at the previous reviews… so I asked for my money to be refunded. They said this will take a maximum of 10 working days, I said I need this confirmed in an email, they did this but it was singed off by a whole different name of company. 10 days passed and of course no refund. I called and they told me it will be with me 5 days later, so this is now 15 working days for a refund even though it was confirmed in writing for 10 working days. I’m still waiting for my refund, they have told me it will be with me within 24 hours but I have no trust in this place .

Do not purchase from this site whatever you do, your order and refunds will be delayed and that’s if they ever even show up.

Avoid!! They don’t update you for almost 3 weeks after taking payment and do not respond to any form of communication via email, customer service or WhatsApp live chat

I recently purchased a dining table and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The team was outstanding — incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely personable. Every time I had a question, they got back to me promptly, which made the whole process feel smooth and reliable.
The table itself arrived in excellent condition and was exactly as described. It’s clear they take pride not only in their products but also in their customer service.

Avoid at all costs! Should have read previous reviews here - silly me. Item was advertised with a vague delivery window. By 3rd week, still no item, and a supposed “delay in stock”. They’ll take your money but avoid sending the product. In dispute with bank now. Beware!

Ordered my chair on 4/1, was sent an email requesting for me to select a delivery date, I selected 13/1. Item didn’t arrive and they have ignored all my attempts to reach them since. Now have to go through the hassle of pursuing it through my bank. Avoid!

Ordered a side table before Christmas, contacted them first to make sure it will be delivered in time for Christmas. A week before after arranging delivery i took the day off work so I was home for the delivery. The delivery never turned up . On the 18th December I contacted urban deco and was told the item had been damaged and I will be given a full refund , I at to contact them after taking a day off , it would of been nice if they contacted me on the day of delivery. I was told on the 18th that I will be given a full refund which can take 7 to 10 days . On the 5th January no refund so contacted them again and was told my refund would be in my account in 24 hours . 24 hours passed and still no refund so I contacted them again and was told again the money would be in my account within 24 and 48 hours, once again this was a lie and now been told it will take 7 to 10 days for my refund to reach my account . The company are just messers with no communication or care once they receive your money . I would totally avoid this company

Have been waiting on a delivery for over two weeks. Was out for delivery on 14th October 25 and still nothing company not very helpful have guvin me excuse after excuse was told I won't get refund until I send it back how can I send something back that I haven't received

Was very happy with item I purchased all instructions and fittings included nothing missing either. Thankyou
