Very poor customer service. I am still waiting for a phone call that i was promised on Wednesday 21/08/2026. I had 24 cans of dandelion and burdock ordered and received bitter shandy. I requested a call and i am still waiting. Would not recommend or use again as no one looks after you once you have received your parcel

First time ordering and won’t be the last. The bacon, gammon and ham were the best we have ever had. We also ordered a quiche that we had warmed up and it was very tasty. Everything was packed with care and arrived still cold with ice on the hottest day of the year. So so pleased I found Dukeshill

Our first order from Dukeshill this week and everything is amazing - bacon, gammon, ham and not to forget the delicious quiche. It was packed in the box absolutely perfect for the extreme weather that we have had and deilvered with care. Will definately be ordering again soon :-)

Absolutely fabulous quality sun loungers and table and a great price.
My only reason for 4 star instead of 5 was because they were not delivered within the 3-5 working days as it says on their website for the items that I ordered

Absolutely great service from this company. Ordered on 13th July a dining room table (easy to order on website) and within 24 hrs i had a delivery date which was then bought forward 2 days. The guys delivering on 21st July gave me a call 1 hr before arriving they put the table up for me and were both very polite and professional. I will definately be ordering again soon

The villa we stayed in Pandora in Navarone Bay Lindos was absolutely lovely great pool great location and very clean. Kim who is the Villa Plus rep out there was very friendly and helpful with a small issue we had and soon got it sorted for us.

Lovely stay in villa Kalathos, great pool and fab outside space with seating and dining table /chairs.
The only reason for 4 stars is location is a little noisy with coaches arriving early hours of the morning at hotel next door.

Ordered sandals exactly the same make and size I always wear and they were huge and had to be sent back at my own expense and took a while before my money was returned
This has happened before with another pair of sandals I ordered so won’t be ordering again as gets expensive paying postage and them to return them

Raffles Denim Short Dungaree
Not the quality of fatface that i am use to as the denim is very flimsy and it really doesnt look like £59 worth but I really wanted this to take away with me so kept it. Also i had to go down a size from a 12 to a 10 is it comes up big.

Great prices easy ordering but once out for delivery you don’t know whether the order is complete or just a part order until it arrives. Every order I have had to phone and tell them something is missing then phone again this last time as it still didn’t arrive and apparently it was still at the DHL depot and I had to order an alternative and wait for delivery after the weekend

Going to the locker is brilliant but going to in post shop is not as always too many parcels to go through in a big sack on the floor. Not sure why suddenly notifications come as in post shop instead of inpost locker ?

Great online booking service I give 5 star for, but villa requires some maintenance. It didn’t stop us from having a nice stay and was our second time at the villa but probably will re think where to stay for the next holiday
