Great company, the item is beautiful and exactly as described on the website! Compliments my room perfectly. Creation were very communicative about the delivery and very responsive to any queries I had. Delivery team kept me informed about the delivery and brought the item into my room of choice! Didn't publish my product review
I submitted an honest 3-star review for the product I'd bought (Solu TV unit), and they haven't published it - which frankly is dishonest as well as unhelpful (to future prospective purchasers). So I'm knocking a further star off for this review, since they're now pestering me to write it.
The Solu TV unit looks nice but isn't very practical - the drawers aren't the advertised sizes, and it's incredibly heavy (which makes it difficult to attach the legs, which were supplied separately, and manoeuvre it into position).
The delivery people dropped it on the drive but thankfully the packaging seemed to be robust enough that the unit itself didn't suffer any damage. In fact the packaging is so robust I'm going to have to get a saw out to make it fit in the recycling bin!
