Najgorszy sklep jaki spotkałem . Kupiłem buty w aplikacji zaznaczyłem dostawę DHL Żabka oczywiście buty nie dotarły bo nawet mnie nie poinformowano że ktoś odmówił przyjęcia butów choć mój telefon był na paczce . Ale to dopiero początek historii od miesiąca nie mogę odzyskać pieniędzy za buty które do mnie nie dotarły podałem nr konta w e-maili który mi przysłali i od tej pory zero odzewu nikt nie pisze każdy ma gdzieś moje pieniądze. Uważam że to celowe zagranie sklepu poprostu okradanie klientów nie potrafią wysłać przelewu oddanie pieniędzy czy wyjść z inicjatywą wysłania ponownie towaru zakupionego . Poprostu złodziejstwo w biały dzień sprawę będę kierował na Policję bo moim zdanie ze swojej strony zrobiłem wszystko a sklep nie wywiązał się z najprostszej rzeczy oddania pieniędzy.

Ich habe die Bestellung 97339613 vor mehr als zwei Woche an Sie zurückgeschickt. Ich habe alle Artikel zurückgesendet, aber bisher wurde nur ein Artikel als retourniert registriert.Ich habe mich mehrmals an den Kundenservice gewendet. Außerdem wurde ich gebeten, ein Formular auszufüllen, was ich auch gemacht habe. Trotzdem warte ich immer noch auf mein Geld.Was für eine Enttäuschung! Was ist das bitte für ein Kundenservice? Ich werde nie wieder bei Ihnen bestellen!!!!!
Update 31.08.26: Ich warte immer noch auf mein Geld für die anderen beiden Artikel. Ich warte noch immer auf die Rückerstattung von 79,90 €!!!!!

Ordered a football from PUMA two weeks ago and still no sign of delivery. Tried contacting the courier (EVRI) but they cannot find the parcel. Tried contacting PUMA but cannot be contacted by either telephone or chatbot. Sent emails to and still no reply. This has to be the worse aftersales shopping experience I had particularly from a big brand company. Not impressed.

28/08 update:
After a long time waiting, delivery was made today. Happy with product but not with the courier service.

A month ago I returned the differently sized shoes Puma sent me, no refund yet, no reply to emails.

Not cool puma! I placed an order because the items were at a great discount for back to school.i waited 3 weeks never got shipped when i send a message, whats the status they cancel it a week before back to school. False advertising!

I returned an order in July and i am still waiting for a refund. Puma do not answer emails, i have emailed them 3 times and still no response.

Shocking service from them. Next step will be to escalate through my bank.

Purchased 4 pairs of shoes and only received 2, Puma is unresponsive via email (emailed them 7 days ago) and their phone lines are down. Zero customer service and no way of contacting Puma in the UK.

Leider ein inkompetenter Kundenservice, keine klaren Aussagen, sehr wenig Transparenz für den /die Kunden in Bezug auf Lieferungen,Retouren . Des öfteren "keine korrekte Erfassung" der Retoure und die Lieferungen / Zuordnungen "muss der Kunde selbst erledigen um dem Kundenservice eine Möglichkeit zur Prüfung zu geben. Schade, Sortiment,Kleidung und Auswahl der Artikel sind sehr gut,alles bestens.

I'm shocked by their customer service. I did a fairly large order and because they don't have a system to exchange, I ordered a few items in multiple sizes to check for fit. Luckily the return was free but whoever is looking at the return slip and then counting the items in the box is doing a terrible job. Online orders is now a normal consumer behavior and they can't even count the items right as per return slip and missed an item. So I didn't get the full return money I should've. This is now the second experience I had with Puma where customer service is not up to standard. This doesn't happen with any other online retailer let alone a global one. I would really advise against ordering or buying anything from Puma directly.

24/08 Update:
The customer service team has been responsive and have sent me the refund

Finger Weg, Abzocke mit Retouren scheint meiner Meinung nach Masche zu sein. Ich warte schon seit zwei Monaten auf mein Geld. Jetzt sollte ich ein Formular ausfüllen. Sowas passiert dir nicht einmal bei einer China Bestellung. War mein letztes Puma Produkt.

Had Bad experience2 times at Puma Outlet, Manawabay store. Stock is not reliable quality, poor management and bad customer service. Not worth to buy there anymore.

Don't recommend buying there.

Ordered two pairs of shoes. They managed to deliver the package at a random location to a random person. After an after-sales e-mail they acknowledged it was a delivery mess on their part. I asked to be refunded as I don't trust the next delivery will be fine which they agreed and now almost 2 months after the sale I still wait for my refund to arrive!

This is terrible service from top to bottom!

Szczerze najgorsza firma z jakiej kiedykolwiek coś zamawiałam. Brak odpowiedzi na 3 maile. Agenci na infolinii nie są w stanie pomóc z zaginioną paczką. Paczka nie zmienia statusu od ponad 2 tyg. Polscy konsultanci nie oddzwaniają. Żałosne zachowanie. Nie polecam, zero kontaktu zwrotnego, paczka zamówiona 1 sierpnia dalej jest niby przygotowywana 👍🏼

Bello tutto eh! Prodotti di qualità, bel design, codici sconti etc... Peccato che non sono riusciti a farmi recapitare il pacco.

Sres. de PUMA:
Compré unas deportivas PUMA de color blanco y verde en VILADECANS STYLE OUTLET (Carretera de la Vila 90, 08840, Viladecans), el día 14 de agosto de 2025 cuyo precio ascendía a 45.50€ (Adjunto extracto cargado en la tarjeta de crédito).

Las deportivas son supuestamente de piel, y por lo que entiendo, deben tener una durabilidad superior a las de tela.
Siempre he usado deportivas de vuestra marca sin ningún tipo de problemas. Es más, tengo unas deportivas de piel y color negro desde hace más de 4 años, las he lavado gran cantidad de veces sin que se aprecie desgaste ni rotura alguna (Adjunto foto)
Sin embargo, he usado las nuevas deportivas (no para entrenar), a lo sumo 15 veces y las he tenido que lavar para quitar unas manchas que evidentemente no desaparecieron, pero lo peor de la situación es que la supuesta piel de las deportivas se desintegró tal como se aprecia en las fotos adjuntas.
También adjunto fotos de la lengüeta donde se observa que las zapatillas fueron fabricadas en China.
Entiendo (pero no comparto) que se deslocalice la fabricación para reducir costes, no obstante, compro vuestra marca porque consideraba que tenéis unos controles de calidad adecuados, y más aún siendo una marca de origen alemán.
En resumen, la calidad de las deportivas es deplorable y una verdadera vergüenza, lo que me indica que puedo comprar cualquier marca mucho más barata que la vuestra, pues dudo que el resultado sea peor.
Con la presente quiero haceros saber que vais por mal camino y que obviamente no volveré a comprar vuestra marca a menos que me deis una explicación creíble.
No solo se trata bajar precios y ganar dinero a costa de fabricar en países donde los derechos de los trabajadores están en controversia con los valores europeos. De que vale comprar una marca alemana que fabrica en China y además ni siquiera controla la calidad.

J’ai déjà déposé un commentaire pour indiqué que je n’ai TOUJOURS PAS de réponse concernant ma commande non livrée. On m’avait répondu que quelqu’un reviendrait vers moi très vite mais je n’ai aucune nouvelle. J’ai payé plus de 50€, la somme a été débitée et je n’ai pas mon colis. Je vais vous voir envoyer une lettre de mise en demeure si je n’ai pas une réponse ce début de semaine !

My first two PUMA orders went smoothly, simply because I had no issues with them and therefore never had to contact Customer Service.

Unfortunately, my third order has been a completely different experience.

I reported a defective item at the end of May (order placed on May 21) and followed the instructions provided by Customer Service, including sending photos. The initial instructions were already unclear, and since then I have been waiting for a resolution for almost three months.

I have sent several follow up emails (9 emails roughly one week apart), but they have simply been ignored. Apart from an automated apology saying they were experiencing delays, I have received no meaningful response or update.

The issue itself should be very straightforward to resolve. What is unacceptable is being left without an answer for months and receiving only an automated message instead of actual customer support.

After two positive experiences with PUMA, this third one has been extremely frustrating. A voucher and an automated apology are not a substitute for resolving a customer’s problem.

Very disappointing experience with PUMA Customer Service.

Stay away from puma.com and always read trustpilot reviews before buying from new companies. Some of them are scammers.
On 28th of July I have ordered shoes for next day delivery. Today, 15th August I still haven't received them nor refunded.
Costumer support will ignore you and just send you automated emails stalling refund process.

ich hab bestellt und mit dem bereitgestellten rücksendeetikett versand, das paket wurde bei puma zugestellt ( so steht das auch im tracking ) trotzdem scheinen sie nicht zu checken wo es ist. das wiederum bedeutet ich warte seit eeeewig auf meine rückerstattung und bekomme im 3 wochen rythmus nichts sagende emails. wirklich die lästigste erfahrung beim online shopping jemals, ich rate entschieden vom kauf bei puma direkt ab.
