Returned an order a while ago and haven't even had an update that they are processing the return. Emailed them multiple times no response will go through my bank if needed
EDIT: contacted my bank and they refunded me after no contact with puma. AVOID

Ordered a football shirt a month ago. The wrong item was delivered and returned. This return (via Evri) was accepted by Puma on 21/07. We have sent two emails to customer service asking about the delayed refund. No call possible as Puma states this on their UK website: Our phone lines are currently unavailable, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
Just great. Never again.

i made 10 orders with Puma over the last 12 months, 1 pair of trainers were faulty as the sole separated from the shoe after only wearing them a few times.
i've been trying to get a resolution for 2 months, they don't answer the phone ! they take weeks to respond to emails if they respond at all , time to contact the bank and challenge the payment

Items are lost. Been waiting over 2 weeks Evri can’t provide an update. I have emailed twice last week and a chase up this week, ignored. Can’t phone as you’ve switched your phone lines off. Such a scam of a business. Really really poor service. £4 for this standard of delivery as well.

Update: I have emailed this email providing every thing you’ve asked for. You’ve ignored that as well. Still no update on where my shoes are.

I ordered the new Manchester City shirt on 2nd August for my son’s birthday 12th August. 5-7 delivery ! I have sent 3 emails which have all been ignored ! Other attempt to contact them have been useless 🤬 what a terrible company l will never use them again !! I have a terminal illness and this is just so upsetting trying to find energy to sort this out ! How can a company like this have such appalling customer service you should hang your heads in shame ! My nephew is a researcher for bbc watchdog programme and I am going to ask him to look into all of this ! It’s just wrong ! SUSAN MCGAHEY, Manchester

Are Puma about to go out of business? They certainly seem to be acting that way and would deserve it if they are as customer service is non existent they are acting like a scam website. I have been trying to reach their customer service about a parcel that hasn’t arrived. Since 25th July I’ve attempted to contact them via phone (recorded message saying lines closed due to the holidays) !!!
Email ignored and not responded to. PayPal dispute - Also ignored now escalated to PayPal to resolve.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PUMA

Very disappointing experience with Puma Australia. I purchased a mini soccer ball that arrived defective, which was frustrating in itself, particularly from a brand like Puma where you expect a certain level of quality. What made the experience even more disappointing was that, after having to deal with the faulty product, my shipping costs were not refunded. I don't believe customers should be left out of pocket when the product they've received is defective. I expected much better support from Puma. I hope Puma reviews its approach to defective products and associated shipping costs, because this experience has certainly affected my confidence in purchasing from them again.

Returned an pair of ruining shoes. The tracking said they were received by Puma on the 28th July. No acknowledgement of them or any refund as yet. The customer service phone line is unavailable and no response to my email I sent to customer service with all details if the purchase and subsequent return and refund claim.

Edit: Now over 14 days which in Puma's own guideline on returns is over its's own stated terms.
Cannot call Puma as they have stopped their customer service phone lines so cannot contact anyone.
No one has contacted me yet contrary to the response to my review.

Edit. Have finally received refund on 12/8

If you return something purchased from the Puma forget about it, you won’t see your money! It’s more than two weeks they received my return according to the tracking website and still haven’t heard from them.Apparently they phone number is not available and they didn’t respond to my email. Appalling customer service!! Do not order from them

Ordered a t-shirt. Followed the washing instructions and the red dye bled all over the white parts of the shirt. Reported this to customer service to try and arrange a refund or preferably an exchange (assuming this was a one-off) and they simply ignored my email. After sending multiple emails, a month later and the issue still isn't resolved. The item in question is now sold out, so no chance of a replacement. Response times are painfully slow and they don't read the emails you send, instead sending back irrelevant, generic policy. I can't believe that such a big brand would be operating this way.

To już drugie zamówienie, które anulowali bez wyjaśnienia. Ci handlarze z marketu radzą sobie lepiej niż Puma. Nie polecam ich nikomu.
Każde zamówienie kosztuje ponad 1000 zł.

Ordered on 28/07/26 sent multiple emails and paid DPD next day delivery and no answer and not answering on Instagram either paid money for nothing to be delivered they better answer soon for dispatch my items

Tried severally to contact them about my order however all customer service personnel are on holidays. No updates on the system either. When I paid for the item, it says out of stock, however I received email stating order being processed. since then no update to know if the item is shipped or not. Delivery supposed to be within 7 days still no update. what a JOKE! This is my first time purchasing from PUMA because I love their SpeedCat Ballerina trainer. PUMA is a big brand. WHY PUMA? I want to believe their customer service persons are not in the UK. Just decided to check for the ratings and I am so disappointed and regret buying from them online.

Realicé el pedido el día 27 de julio y desde entonces no hacen más que retrasar el día de entrega. La última ha sido pasar del día 04 al 08 de agosto, cuando incluso Puma me había mandado un correo con una fecha de entrega del día 05.

Keine Reaktion auf Email oder Instagram. Ich hatte einen Produkt Anfrage aber es kam keine Antwort zurück.

I placed an order on 4th July, it still hasn't even been dispatched, despite being in stock. I've followed up by email and by phone and was told 'the team are investigating'. They've been doing that for at least 10 days now. Very disappointing

Zamówienie 97156274 złożyłem 18 lipca. Dziś jest 4 sierpnia, a przesyłki nadal nie otrzymałem. Status zamówienia od dawna wskazuje, że paczka została wysłana, mimo że kurier nawet jej nie odebrał.

Przez ten błędny status system nie pozwala mi anulować zamówienia, chociaż paczka faktycznie nie została przekazana przewoźnikowi. PUMA przetrzymuje więc moje pieniądze za towar, którego nie wysłała i którego nie mogę anulować.

Wysłałem do PUMA około 10 wiadomości e-mail. Na żadną nie otrzymałem konkretnej odpowiedzi. Polska infolinia to kompletna kpina. Raz rozmowę odbiera konsultant mówiący po niemiecku, innym razem osoby posługujące się wyłącznie angielskim, z którymi nie da się skutecznie wyjaśnić sprawy. Nikt nie potrafi powiedzieć, gdzie znajduje się przesyłka ani kiedy zostanie dostarczona.

PUMA pobrała pieniądze, nie dostarczyła zamówienia, uniemożliwia jego anulowanie i całkowicie ignoruje klienta. Żądam natychmiastowego anulowania zamówienia oraz pełnego zwrotu pieniędzy.

Tak fatalnej i chaotycznej obsługi dawno nie spotkałem. Zdecydowanie odradzam zakupy w oficjalnym sklepie PUMA.

Jeżeli zamówienie nie zostanie natychmiast anulowane, a pieniądze zwrócone, skieruję sprawę do UOKiK oraz Europejskiego Centrum Konsumenckiego. Zgłoszę również sposób obsługi zamówienia i praktykę polegającą na oznaczaniu przesyłki jako wysłanej, mimo że nie została przekazana kurierowi.
