I received two items and the pants where the wrong size they acknowledged ot was their fault and wanted me to pay to send back and receive correct size. The dress I received I was omg so wrong it wasn't even what I ordered. I also noticed that both items have been sewn in a house not factory like my type of sewing, no tag or size it's like they sell garments on there website and copy them, I still have haven't received an email back it's like they have disappeared.

I ordered two size dresses as I wasn’t sure which would fit for my granddaughters 18th birthday party, I asked for my order to be cancelled as it want going to arrive in time as they said their was a delay. When the arrived i messaged them to say they didn’t fit. They replied and said I had to take photos of myself in the dresses. I was totally disgusted at this. The dresses were horrible and hung on me like a sack. Now I find they are part on shein. It’s a total sham. I am now out of pocket. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…

Do not buy from this website! The pictures online are not what the real item looks like at all. When I emailed to return my item, the email address wasn't found and so I couldn't get a refund. The item was an evening jumpsuit, the quality is rubbish and it didn't look like the photos on the website.
Also, the reviews on their website are only good ones. Unfortunately I only saw the bad ones after, when I Googled trustpilot.

No return forms say thsts the size thst was ordered asked for refund 3 times ignore you . Absolute silence .

DO NOT BUY from them. Wish I had checked trust pilot. Had been searching for a gold top. The colour is nothing like the picture. Poor quality. Return process is so horrendous I probably won’t bother and just post on here to tell others to stay well clear. Scam of a shop

Fake reviews on their website, the item was that bad it didn't make the charity shop, the only place for the so called suit was in the bin. Absolute waste of my hard earned cash. It was a battle to return the product, in the end they sent me an address to return which did not exists. The address was ' Hollywood Boulevard ' do yourself a favour and DO NOT purchase from this company.

What i ordered to what I got, were completely different, it looked lovely flowy dressy material online , when i got it through the post finally, it was terrible cheap material, can't imagine it is worth a couple of pound , and they took £44 ,out of my account, it would of cost £20 to send back , so I didn't bother , don't go near this so called scam company, with a bargepole , absolutely disgusting

The pants I received do not match the quality or description presented on your website. The fabric is thin and feels inexpensive, and the zipper is of equally poor quality. Based on the marketing and product description, I expected a significantly higher-quality garment. Instead, the product I received is comparable to clothing sold by low-cost retailers, despite being sold at a much higher price point.

When the original pair (size small) did not fit as expected, I requested a refund. Rather than honoring that request, your customer service team recommended a replacement. I agreed in good faith, expecting the replacement to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, the replacement was virtually identical to the original pair. In fact, the waist measured less than an inch larger, and the length was exactly the same. I struggle to understand how these qualify as two different sizes. I provided photographs, measurements, and detailed explanations to support my concerns, and I have followed your published return and refund policy throughout this process.

I ordered a ladies white jacket at £57 for a wedding. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and when it did I was absolutely shocked. The material was so poor and was a terrible fit. I am having a terrible time trying to get a refund and now they are sending me stupid emails promoting their clothes. I wish I had looked at your website before dealing with them.

After my experience DO NOT buy from this company if you think there's the slightest chance you may need to return something as they just mess you about asking for pictures and videos of you wearing the item. Who does that?! In my opinion they're just not interested in refunding or it wouldn't be such a tedious process. I actually gave up! The quality of the item I received was in my opinion just not worth what I paid. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! I wouldn't have given them 1 star if it had allowed!

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. Clothes as poor quality. Seriously for the price I paid, I could have bought few clothes that is decent from Shien or Temu. Least they don't charge high price for a crap items. Return and refund is there to make your blood pressure boiling when u asked for it. Total rip off and ridiculous. I am cursing this company.

Avoid this company! Deliveries take ages and it's impossible to return an item as their email address does not exist

This company felt very shady to me, and the whole experience honestly came across like a scam.

I paid $118 for a dress, and the quality was far below what I expected. When I tried to return it, I was sent through endless back-and-forth emails. They asked me to take multiple photos, complete a return form, attach additional photos, and then ship the item back to their warehouse in the UK at my own expense.

In the end, I accepted their 15% refund because I simply didn't have the time to keep dealing with the process.

If you're a U.S. customer, be aware that they do not have a U.S. return warehouse. I think they should be much more transparent about this on their website so customers know what to expect before ordering. Had I known how complicated the return process would be, I would never have placed my order.

This was my personal experience. Hopefully it helps others make an informed decision before purchasing.

Avoid this company and you'll save yourself a terrible experience. The clothing quality is terrible. It's incredibly hard to get them to “approve” a return. You have to cover the return shipping costs for their awful products. I will NEVER buy from them again.
Stay away!!

A very negative experience. I ordered a dress and was very disappointed with the quality when I received it. I repacked it the same day and tried to contact the firm (by email and phone) to get the correct return address. When I didn't receive one, I thought I should send it to return address on the package, which I did, using recorded delivery. Despite sending many emails with attachments of the recorded delivery and receipt at their depot, Emilia Rose are still refusing to refund me as, apparently their distribution depot is not the correct return address. I have been offered a voucher but I dont want to buy their products now I know how poor the quality is. I have since learnt that customers are expected to return to an overseas address, making it a very expensive process. I wont be using emiliarose again!

Refused to return item. Waste of money

The dress as received was not close to the quality represented. It is a piece of garbage. I will not waste my time going through the process of trying to return it because I now see that Emiliarose is a scam. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.

I purchased a dress and needed to exchange it for a smaller size. I have been going back and forth with customer service for over 6 weeks. They did not respond to messages. Then they reply and ask for photos of dress and tags. The dress didn’t arrive with tags.
They requested photos in it. So they had images for sizing on record.
They said they would send me smaller size then two days later said they cannot. I don’t recommend this company. I should have read reviews first. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Return policy is non existent and their pricing is inconsistent!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible! This has been going on for six weeks June-July 2026

I wished I had read these reviews before my purchase. I ordered a dress for my son’s wedding. What I received
wasn’t even close to the description shown online. The quality of the dress
was very cheap and not even
close to what I was expecting. I
paid £169 for a dress I wouldn’t have paid
£20 for. I tried contacting the company and after several email exchanges was only offering a 10% discount and no information on how to return the dress.
Thankfully, I paid with Paypal.
Paypal prefer you to try and resolve
the problem with the company first,
however, if they do not respond in a reasonable time then paypal will then take up your case. I received a full refund.
