Ordered a dress from this company please please don’t buy it’s not a high end website with quality dresses it’s a scam the dresses are cheap looking and the same dresses are on Temu for less then half price trying to get your money back is a nightmare

This is a scam company. They promise three times on one page that you get a 30 day refund, you do not get this. You have to send the item back to China, which they do not mention anywhere on their website, and they charge more than the cost of the item to return it. The banks, like First Direct, actively support this type of fraudulent activity by not helping customers get their money back for poor quality items even when paid for on a credit card.

This is a terrible company, I ordered a pair of shoes, which judging by the length of time for delivery and quality , they clearly are not London based and probably have nothing to do with London!
The quality was so poor and such a bad fit I requested a refund only to be told that a possible fee of 40$ would incur for sending them back !
If I could give this company zero stars I would!

I ordered two items which, when arrived , did not resemble what I bought in the slightest in terms of design, colour or fabric and I am being told I have to pay $30 per item to return it to get a refund even though they are clearly in breach of contracts for not supplying what I ordered.
Avoid this company like the plague!!

I do a lot of online shopping and this company is by far the worst experience that I have ever had!!
My advice: NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 3 items that ewre too big and poor quality!
So i began the rturn process which was appalling. I kept getting offered discounts even though their webiste clearly state EASY RETURNs!In the end a started a chargeback process with the bank! I advised Wilson and Carter that I was doing this and their response was that chargeback can take up to 90 days and I should except a 50% refund from them.
The chargeback process was completed in less than 1 day!
Trading Standards should investigate this company!!!

I ordered my dress and heels almost three weeks in advance of my child's christening and based the whole color scheme from the dress purchased.

After reaching out, it became clear Wilson and Carter were unable to confirm a delivery date or contact the courier.
When I requested a refund they replied "you might still like it" whilst missing the point that if it doesn't arrive in time for what it was purchased for, then why would I need it, not to mention that I would now have to purchase a new outfit spending more time and money in order to find something that now matched the event theme.

I have been left frustrated, out of pocket as their is no direct refund process, upset at the lack of understanding and overall, a bitter taste in my mouth.

Don't reccomend unless you have time to wait.

If I could give negative I would, this is a scam company! Wish I’d read these before buying, won’t give me a refund despite getting item back!! Reporting to Trading Standards.

Warning to other customers:

Please do not buy from this website. In my experience, they are selling products that appear to be fake or of very poor quality, which is extremely misleading to customers.

When I raised the issue, they refused to provide a full refund despite the product not being as described. This has been a very disappointing experience.

I would strongly recommend purchasing from a reputable retailer instead. I have escalated this matter to Resolver and will continue pursuing my complaint.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I would give it no stars if it was possible! Do not buy anything from this company!! I paid £39.95 for a ladies shirt, after a week they told me it was out of stock and asked me to choose something else. I said I did not want anything else, after many emails back and forth they sent me an email saying they had cancelled my order and processed a full refund. But this could take some time to appear in my bank, due to the banking processes!!! That was 25 days ago !! still waiting.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMS! I purchased some dresses, they were a totally different quality. They did not want to refund the items and find hundred excuses.

Don't use this company! I ordered in good time for an event and now five weeks later i am still waiting for delivery! I have contacted them several times and first of all was told the item had been sent back to the sender .......... no idea why...... and now their excuse is that the delivery information was incomplete (wasn't) or the item wasn't collected (don't know what that means as they were supposed to deliver it to my house) I have now paid the small price of $6.56 to get it delivered but don't hold out much hope. I have advised them that I will be reporting them to Trading Standards if my item doesn't arrive. I had no idea they were overseas as I would never risk ordering from abroad.

Don’t order from this company, it took over two weeks to arrive and when it did it looked awful, cheap material and the same dress advertised on Shien for quarter of the price. They won’t give you a full refund and they will tell you it cost between 30-50 dollars to return, if you did order something keep asking for a refund I managed to get 45% refund but that took about 8 emails

Fake and fraudulent website. Avoid and report to Action Fraud and Citizens Advice if you get scammed by them. They go under many other names so avoid the photos along the top after you search.

I have place my order June 25 still waiting for delivery, Contact them via email numbers of time and asked them to refund my money after I had enough , still keep telling same story,,(bla,,,bla,,,Think twice before use this company.

Bought a linen shirt for my husband's birthday. The fit was awful and the linen quality so poor that it just looked cheap . It wasnt expensive at £40 . My mistake but i couldnt really really find a mid range cost item in the colour i wanted. Tried to return it but despite it being a supposedly London company they advised that the return would cost me 40 to 50 dollars and take weeks in shipping. So all in all a scam

Try to return items making it extremely hard and they prolong their response so the 30 days are up
Pictures are not what you receive and you can buy them some where else a lot cheaper.
Never buy from this website as you will scammed out of your money

Cheap awful products - will not send me return details !!! Do not buy - NO STARS - but they won’t allow me to put that!!! Purchases - shoes - dress - top - all so cheap made but high price - I thought I was buying quality!!

I ordered two dresses costing £39.99 and £27.99 because the website appeared to be a London-based retailer and advertised "Easy Returns" and "hassle-free returns."
Unfortunately, the dresses I received were, in my opinion, very poor quality and looked nothing like the photographs on the website. The fit was also extremely disappointing.
I contacted customer services to request a refund within the returns period. Instead of providing the return address, I was repeatedly encouraged to accept replacement items. I was then informed that returns had to be sent to an overseas warehouse at a cost of around $30–50, something I was not aware of when I placed my order.
After requesting the return address several times, I still had not been given it. My experience has been frustrating and I feel the returns process is far from the "easy" and "hassle-free" process advertised.
I would encourage anyone considering ordering to read all of the terms and conditions carefully before purchasing, particularly those relating to returns and where items are shipped from.

Do not buy anything from Wilson and Carter. The quality is shocking and is by far the worst I have ever come across. The items are nothing like the image they are advertising. Steer clear.
