Unfortunately, they are online scammers

Shipping is extremely slow (sometimes taking 1.5 to 2 weeks). I used to overlook their frequent mistakes with flavors and nicotine strength, but my last order was the final straw. I received packages with intentionally scratched-off expiration dates. On the ones that were still readable, the date was 03/2026, meaning they were expired. This is a deliberate and conscious fraud. Customer service has ignored my messages and refund requests for two weeks. The case has already been reported to the Consumer Protection Office, the Public Health Authority, and the Tax Office. If I don't receive my refund, I will also report it to the police. I do not recommend them – ordering from this store is dangerous to your health.

Sent wrong strength Nicnacs and still…

Sent wrong strength Nicnacs and still haven’t responded to my email that I sent on Tuesday.

Also this survey is in Spanish which is just annoying. Either localize to the customer country or use English.

If they send me what I ordered, and if they want the wrong ones back, a pouch with a return label, I’ll gladly bump this up a few stars, but as it stands I can’t recommend these people.
