Bought my order 6 days ago they claimed 4 day shipping but its been 6 days and they havent even packed it, theres no option to cancel either they said they ship domestically but it should not take this long to pack an order i only got 3 things, i also sent an email asking them about my order which i know they saw and ignored because i sent another email a couple days before i bought this order and they responded within a day just so dissapointed tbh

i didn’t like the flavor of my snus. it started off really nice but then it got a really metal type medicine flavor and wouldn’t leave my mouth

Stop sending me this shit. I have asked you not to send me anymore it’s rubbish and a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have had nothing but problems with this company and there products. I did a one off purchase for tins of pouches. Next thing they have sent me an email saying I had a recurring order. I honestly don’t remember doing that. I contacted them straight away and they sent a screenshot of the option to get delivery every 30 days. Nothing else like a checkout order with instructions to keep deliveries coming every 30 days, just a random screenshot. They denied my refund request. Secondly the tins arrived and I found a hair on one of the pouches inside a “sealed” tin. I feel like I have been ripped off by this company. I recommend using a different company as they have a website that looks like your buying from Australia but your buying an overseas product that is terrible.

Said 5-8 days delivery. It's been 2 weeks and the package still hasn't been recieved by auspost. Avoid this site

Avoid. Not shipping from Australia. Took weeks. I thought I was buying Australian stock. Now i am stuck k with another delayed order as they have auto subscribe to monthly order. So not happy.
Keep referring me to cancel when I have requested multiple times.
Wish I never purchased from them.
I now have an Australian seller with stock that takes 3 days not 3 weeka

Product information was good and checked out. Ordering was easy and delivered promptly in a couple days.
I’m a bit of a sceptic and I must admit I was surprised by the effect on my night shift . Focused, motivated and awake but it’s very clean so no crash or jitters from to much caffeine. No nicotine product that works!

Absolutely disgusting business and by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I made a simple complaint as a paying customer and instead of being treated with professionalism, respect, or even basic decency, I was met with rude, abusive, and childish responses including “don’t be pissy,” “Go bother someone else Karen,” and “Tell your story walking.”

Let that sink in — this is how they choose to speak to customers.

This is the same company that proudly states on their own website that they “pride ourselves on our customer care” and claim their support team makes sure your experience is “seamless and enjoyable.”

What an absolute joke.

Customer care does not exist here. It is nothing more than false advertising.

If they cannot handle a basic customer complaint without acting like arrogant teenagers hiding behind a keyboard, what confidence should anyone have in the quality of the products they are selling? None.

Even worse, during the email exchange they chose to make personal remarks about my workplace rather than address the issue professionally. Completely inappropriate, immature, and honestly embarrassing for any business trying to present itself as legitimate.

Whoever runs their customer support clearly has no understanding of professionalism, accountability, or basic respect. They hide behind a company email, refuse to provide their names, refuse to identify their role, and speak to customers like internet trolls.

I have also seen other reviews where customers are abused and insulted rather than helped. One customer was even called a “scumbag.” That tells you everything you need to know about the people behind this business.

They are quick to take your money, but the moment you raise a concern, they respond with sarcasm, insults, and personal attacks instead of actual support.

To make it worse, they have built their branding closely around the well-known SNUS Sweden name, clearly trying to ride off that reputation while delivering nowhere near the professionalism, quality, or trust customers would expect.

This business is an embarrassment.

DO NOT waste your money here.

If you value professionalism, honesty, customer care, and basic respect, stay far away from SNAU.

To start the service is fantastic, both times ive ordered their caffeine pouches theyre here within 2 days, I was at first skeptical of them but decided to order them anyway, got 75mg pouches felt a bit tired sitting at the computer, took one and within minutes im locked in again, surely placebo right? Time and time again it fixed my yawning and flat feeling, did some research and found theyre 0 calories 0 sugar which is perfect for me trying to shake those few kegs getting ready for racing season, I stand by them and will be a repeat customer going forward, plus theyre aussie company so gotta support the locals!

I also never got cornered into a subscription, but I often have my eyes open when ordering things online :)

Will order again when I go through this supply!

To be totally honest it is rubbish just castor sugar an flavourings.An your just keep ripping people off by just retaking money from customers accounts even after being emailed I didn't want to junk.

My friends are always stealing them from me. They love the idea of a caffeine pouch. So convenient for busy life

The product was good but getting it was a nightmare. They messed up the tracking twice and then a few weeks after I get the 2nd order I've been billed for a subscription services I didn't sign up for.
Tried to dispute it with someone and they said they emailed me about the subscription which they didn't otherwise I would have cancelled it.

Good pouches but not worth all the headache with postage and being scammed into a subscription.
