I don't usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel I have to.

The pricing changes are simply unreasonable. Last year the subscription was €19.90/month. In October it increased to €29.90/month, and now, with only one month's notice, they are raising it again to €99/month plus €0.20 per order.

For me, this feels like a bait-and-switch strategy: attract small businesses with affordable pricing, then dramatically increase the cost once they depend on the platform. That's disappointing and disrespectful to loyal customers. It almost feels as if they expect customers to simply accept it without looking for alternatives.

No small business can justify this kind of expense. Ironically, small businesses are exactly the customers this platform was built on.

The explanation about all the new features doesn't justify the increase either. I don't even use most of them. In fact, with no coding background, I built my own fulfillment workflow and DHL label creation using Make.com, AI, and my own website. At a time when AI allows almost anyone to build their own workflows and integrations, your app is becoming increasingly irrelevant. Charging this price now simply doesn't make sense.

Sehr zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung mit Tele Clinic. Ich habe es schon oft genutzt und es hat mich davor bewahrt, krank in einem Wartezimmer mit anderen Kranken auf ein Medikament gegen eine Erkältung warten zu müssen. Ich habe es auch für meine 5-jährige Tochter verwendet und ebenfalls gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Ärzte sind zu 99 % sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Manchmal können sie per Video nicht viel tun, was verständlich ist. Es gibt eben Dinge, für die man unbedingt persönlich zum Arzt gehen muss.

Shipping was super fast! The baby basket is pretty and looks stable. I ordered it with the mattress (its around 2cm high, not so much but looks comfortable anyways) Happy with my purchase ;)

ACHTUNG! vor dieser Seite und der Seite eoriportal.de, die dieselbe ist. Es handelt sich um einen Betrug, es ist eine „Firma“ in Hongkong. Sie verlangen Geld für die EORI-Nummer, die jedoch kostenlos ist und direkt beim Zollamt beantragt werden kann. Die Seite sieht offiziell aus, ist es aber nicht. Ich war zu dumm und habe 80 Euro bezahlt.

UPDATE: Der Kundenservice hat sich mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt und die Bücher neu gedruckt.


Die Qualität des Buches ist furchtbar. Das Papier wurde schlecht geklebt und es ist schmutzig und zerrissen. Ich habe einen Test gemacht und alles war in Ordnung. Als ich eine größere Bestellung aufgab, kamen sie alle falsch gedruckt an. Und es hat ewig gedauert!

First and LAST time!
The verification process is incredible. 3 times I sent the payment confirmation from my bank, with all the data they need (my full name, date of transaction, bank number, transaction number) But they want a complete bank statement! Not happening.
Bye bye, I cancelled and I'm going to send with another provider

Alles war perfekt! Ich hatte einige Probleme mit den Drucken, aber der Kundendienst ist sehr gut und sie haben alles nachgedruckt.
Ich halte einen guten Kundendienst für sehr wertvoll. Und wir-machen-druck ist in dieser Hinsicht sehr gut!

I've order several times here. The shipping is always fast and the prices are really good. You have to pay for the shipping costs of you want to return something, but for the prices I find this fair enough.

Thanks to Hello Fresh I have learned a lot of cooking tips. The recipes are very easy to follow and the meals are so good! Unfortunately I can't afford a box every week, but I like that you can choose when to pause or cancel.

Just a small thing, it would be great if also smaller boxes to ship as "Briefsendung" would be available (2 cm high)

Ich habe die Ware heute bekommen, die ich am 07.03 bestellt habe. Es war sogar eine große Bestellung und alles war dabei. Also, es gibt noch Hoffnung! Die Qualität der Ware ist Teilweise sehr schlecht (alles natürlich aus China und riecht nach Chemikalien) Aber na ja, 50% der Sachen sind schon ok. Ich werde nicht versuchen die Ware zu retournieren, anhand die sehr schlechte Erfahrungen die ich hier lese. Ich verkaufe die weiter für 5 Euro oder so! mehr kann man nichts machen. Ich bin auch selber schuldig, das ganze war zu erwarten, sie sind Insolvent gemeldet nicht umsonst :/ Viel Glück an allen!
