I am absolutely disgusted with Hermes’ service. On two separate days, I was at home waiting for my delivery, only to receive notifications claiming, “We attempted delivery, but you weren’t home.” This is a blatant lie. No one attempted to deliver anything—no knock, no doorbell, nothing.

To make matters worse, after the first failed attempt, I stayed home the next day as well, and yet again, no delivery. This isn’t just poor service; it’s dishonesty and laziness at its peak.

Why does Hermes even bother offering a delivery service if their drivers can’t do the bare minimum of delivering parcels? Stop wasting customers’ time and money. Absolutely unacceptable and shameful. Avoid Hermes at all costs if you value your time and sanity.
