Extremely Overrated and Poor Quality

I honestly can’t believe how overrated Tilda Rice is. For the high price, I expected premium quality, but what I got was disappointing. The texture was inconsistent, the grains broke easily, and the taste was nothing special at all. I’ve had store-brand rice that’s much better and costs half as much. Totally not worth the money or the hype. Save yourself the disappointment — there are far better options out there.

I am absolutely disgusted with Hermes’ service. On two separate days, I was at home waiting for my delivery, only to receive notifications claiming, “We attempted delivery, but you weren’t home.” This is a blatant lie. No one attempted to deliver anything—no knock, no doorbell, nothing.

To make matters worse, after the first failed attempt, I stayed home the next day as well, and yet again, no delivery. This isn’t just poor service; it’s dishonesty and laziness at its peak.

Why does Hermes even bother offering a delivery service if their drivers can’t do the bare minimum of delivering parcels? Stop wasting customers’ time and money. Absolutely unacceptable and shameful. Avoid Hermes at all costs if you value your time and sanity.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Enterprise Rental Car in Barcelona. Despite booking a car in advance, they refused to give me a vehicle when I arrived, citing conditions that were never mentioned during the booking process. This was a complete shock and extremely inconvenient.

Their customer service was terrible. The staff were unhelpful and unapologetic, wasting two hours of my time while I tried to sort things out. In the end, I left without a car and a major disruption to my plans.

Additionally, they blocked a large sum of money on my credit card, which added financial stress to the already awful experience. And I didn’t get my money back and I called on the number many times.

Do not trust Enterprise Rental Car in Barcelona. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and will waste your time and money. Save yourself the headache and rent from a more reputable company. I recommend going to Sixt instead. You might pay a little more, but it’s worth it for the stress-free experience and reliable service.
