I have a burning, itchy rash on my neck after using this cream. I stopped using it for a couple of weeks as I wasn’t too sure whether it was the cream which caused it.
I used it again today & my neck is, once again, burning & itching. It’s bright red!
I bought 3x pots of this cream so it’s been a waste of money for me 😞
Not sure if I can get refunded for this but will try & leave another review with the outcome

I have been using this for a while now and am delighted with it. My neck is much smoother and less wrinkled. Great value as well. Love it and have ordered another 3 jars

I saw his brand on FB and looked into it. The reviews were really great so I gave it a go. I ordered one pot to start and I use it on my neck and décolletage and I have to they both look better. Especially my neck. I like how it makes your skin feel. I decided to order more and I got a great deal so now I have a good supply. The customer service is second to none. Once I’d ordered the extra tubs they offered a money off vouchers for my next order. I’m very happy with this product. Highly recommend.

I have come out in an itchy burning rash and has now effected my eyes. I have contacted the company and have received a refund for the product.

When first started using seemed to be ok but after a few days of using it has brought my skin up in an itchy burning lumpy rash - no response to emails - would not recommend this product

My neck has definitely been improved since using this cream.

I'm 75 so I do not expect miracles but my neck sagging seem to be less noticeable and softer.5

When I have emailed about my order you guys got back to me straight away.

Where is this company based?.
After receiving an email straight away saying prepare for shipment I've heard nothing since.
I was actually expecting them within a couple of days so it's obviously not uk.
I hope it's not China.
Reading reviews of people suffering itchy rashes isn't great as not one person should be suffering with that let alone several.
If it hasn't been dispatched then I'd like a full refund to be honest.
I don't pay 50 quids to wait weeks and get a lovely itchy red rash for the money.

I have contacted Zyren twice about a problem I have had (not their fault) and their response has been outstanding both times. I would highly recommend this company and their products. 10 out of 10!!

Totally professional service. I've been using the neck cream now for several weeks and slowly but surely it's doing exactly what it promises to do. Just ordered more and also the eye cream to try

Great, fast customer service

Not a 100% convinced the product is working for me at the moment or whether it is just the more concerted effort of moisturising morning and night that is doing it, but my neck does look a bit better.
The delivery time is a few weeks so you need to plan ahead if running out and on both occasions I have bought, the delivery process seems to have sticking points where the tracker doesn't move until you contact Zyren directly and then it seems to get experdited. All in all I am sticking with it for a bit longer.

It's improved firmness and skin looks good. Have been using for a few months now. Would recommend
