Both the Engineers were friendly and polite and arrived on time. The work went well without problems.

The cream is great and has helped, with diet and exercise to improve the skin firmness on my throat/neck area.

The chews seem to suit our Dog. But because we changed to using Ddg🦆, we're unable to login to our account and therefore unable to manage deliveries etc. I reached out to petlab, but they just called Ddg's security aggressive and are clearly peeved because their tracking of customers and un enrcrypted site was being called out.

Product does what it says. Delivered to my door. Will take practice to use effectively.

Ordered flowers for my elderly mothers 89th birthday. Received an email the day before the delivery to say they would not be delivered on my requested day, but the day after. Following an email from Prestige, staff assured me they WOULD be delivered, as Prestige had a VIP contract. The flowers were NOT delivered to my waiting Mum. Needless to say I will have no use for the £5.99 "goodwill gesture" and my Mother has a wilted bouquet, 24 hours late

All the Pola Poles are delicious. My current favourite is the Rhubarb! Reminds me of childhood, when we'd pinch a tender stem of rhubarb and dip it in a cup of sugar to eat it. Faces contorted by the sourness, but soothed by the crunchy sugar.... Happy memories

Agnieszka came into my Mother's home like a summer breeze. Putting her at ease, making communication effective between them. The assessment went smoothly as a result. I've taken AC for 18 months and my nails are still very brittle, despite having a healthy diet which encompasses essentials for healthy nails. There has been no GENUINE change, with regard to the "outcomes" as described by the makers of AC. TIME to try something else for an equal amount of time. I actually had only stopped taking your product for TWO days! I hardly think that 2 days constitutes a problem-well it shouldn't, should it! ? As I went from AC immediately onto another marine collagen!

I'm disabled with poor health. So am sheilding.90% of deliveries from Hermes go this way: IF they DO ring named doorbell, (often just knocking-don't have door knocker!)ringing once, wait few seconds, leave(not always leaving a NOT@home card with number) not waiting for me to get2 the front door. Have advised suppliers, inc QVC who either change delivery service OR instruct Hermes to do their job properly. If this had happened only once it would be different, but it hasn't. I have used Hermes premium charge phone line 3x. They were NO HELP, but still charged £3+ Hermes is obviously trying to hit targets@the cost of acceptable customer service. Esp for a disabled person like myself. I would NEVER recommend Hermes-not as they care. NEVER.
