There were some printing issues with my first order. They investigated and reprinted at no charge. The new print looks phenomenal. Very happy with their service.

The labels are beautiful! The material, finish, adhesive, and overall print quality are excellent, and they look very professional on my bottles. Shipping was fast, and I would absolutely order from this company again.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish there had been a warning for first-time customers about RGB vs. CMYK artwork. My online proof looked rich and vibrant, but the printed labels came out much lighter than expected because my file was in RGB. As someone new to commercial printing, I had no idea this could happen.

Looking back, I understand this wasn't a printing defect—it was a file preparation issue. However, a simple message during the upload or proofing process explaining that RGB files often print differently than they appear on screen would help new customers avoid an expensive mistake.

I now know to use CMYK files and will definitely reorder.

The Quality of product fabricated and provided. Did an Amazing job, I do have two suggestions that would turn your 5 Star into a walking on Water.

1.) I dont need that many prints of the same image, If I could get a 50-100 quantity with 5 images evenly distributed.

2.) athe shipping cost almost as much as the product, I would work on getting that down.

The large print was very well packaged and arrived perfectly. The price of print and shipping was reasonable for the odd, large size. Arrived very quickly and the proof approval process allowed us to be sure that what we wanted would look good.

The product looked great, shipping came early but still took a couple weeks. Will be ordering again though.

The entire experience was fairly easy. I recieved my order quickly and at a decent price. The only issue was my sample was in color and I assumed my order would be in color. No where did i notice it said black and white. So i was disappointed to see my work orders and my logo were all in black and white when i spent time choosing colors for print in my sample template. Other than that it was a good experience.
