The labels are beautiful! The material, finish, adhesive, and overall print quality are excellent, and they look very professional on my bottles. Shipping was fast, and I would absolutely order from this company again.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish there had been a warning for first-time customers about RGB vs. CMYK artwork. My online proof looked rich and vibrant, but the printed labels came out much lighter than expected because my file was in RGB. As someone new to commercial printing, I had no idea this could happen.

Looking back, I understand this wasn't a printing defect—it was a file preparation issue. However, a simple message during the upload or proofing process explaining that RGB files often print differently than they appear on screen would help new customers avoid an expensive mistake.

I now know to use CMYK files and will definitely reorder.
