Sadly, I saw an ad by Truemeds on instagram and I ordered some items but when I tried to track it, my order was not recognised. I believe I’ve been duped. Over £100 too. I’m disgusted. They add to your order at checkout. They’re thieves. How can instagram allow this to happen?. I feel so stupid now.

Wrost delivery

Extremely disappointing. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering and paying ahead. How can yhe delivery be delayed for everyone????.
Pathetic experience. .

Wrong medicine delivered, and they kept arguing that they have sent the correct one, they are running a scam for sure, either that or their warehouse is running one.

1 star – Medicines undelivered, delivery falsely marked as "attempted", no tracking, no invoice

Ordered a ₹10,900+ set of prescription medicines for my elderly father. Three things went wrong, and none have been fixed.

1. Before the teleconsultation I contacted Truemeds several times asking them to change the contact number for the doctor's call to mine, because my father is unwell and not in a condition to hold a consultation call. Every request was acknowledged and none was actioned. The doctor and health advisor called him directly anyway. My number was never tried once.

2. The order is very late. The parcel has been sitting at the local hub for over 50 hours with no delivery attempt — no call, no visit, no message, no OTP request — yet the app shows "Delivery attempted; we will retry delivery." That status is simply not true, and the promised delivery date has quietly been pushed back three times without any notification.

3. There is no way to chase it. The app gives no option to contact the delivery partner, no courier name, no AWB or tracking number, and no invoice, apparently the invoice is only issued after delivery. So for a five-figure medicine order I can't track the shipment, can't reach whoever is holding it, and have no document for it.

Prices and substitute savings are fine, but none of that matters when a patient's medicines don't arrive and the tracking can't be trusted. For anyone ordering long-term medication for a family member, that is a serious risk. Have escalated to their grievance officer; will update this review if it is resolved.

Extremely disappointing and unreliable service

I am extremely disappointed with this service. I trusted the company again after a previous bad experience and placed another order, only to face the exact same issue once again.

The order was not delivered, and there appears to have been no meaningful effort to ensure timely delivery. What is even more frustrating is being repeatedly asked to “wait 24 hours” instead of receiving a clear explanation or a genuine solution.

If you cannot deliver an order, simply be transparent about it rather than making customers wait indefinitely with false assurances.

This is not just about one failed delivery. It reflects a serious lack of accountability, communication, and respect for customers' time.

I would strongly recommend that potential customers think carefully before relying on this service, especially when timely delivery is important.

I am a monthly consumer of medicines from Truemeds since last 2 years. This month on 2nd of August I had ordered my monthly medicine. The doctor consultation was completed within half an hour as usual and then the status "Assigned To Warehouse".
For last 4 days the status is same and has not changed and everyday delivery timeline changes to 'Today by 10:00 p.m'.
Several times I have contacted the customer service number which directed me to a Chatbot response of no use.
Even when I contacted the senior customer service manager the human response also could not give me any solution and not even a problem ticket number to pursue.
Looking at this disasters and lackluster customer service and delivery system from Truemeds, I have decided to quit Truemeds platform, and take help of other reputed platforms for monthly requirement of medicines.
Can you let me know how can I cancel my order and get rid of this pathetic company which I had trusted for last 2 years unnecessarily.
Hope I will get response ASAP, and will not require me to take this issue to the consumer forum court.

Pathetic service, at first they cancelled my order from their side while I was on call with their customer support. After waiting for 7 working days, I called them to check the refund status and one agent said that their was an issue with your first refund process so she has raised another request. I spoke with hight authority and he said that theres no issue the refund was initiated on 29th July. And when I raised ticket on 25th July they inform me it will be refunded with 48 hours. Hell with this true meds. Please don't trust the 5 and 4 start rating they all are paid.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My medicine delivery was significantly delayed, which is unacceptable when medicines are time-sensitive. To make matters worse, the service provider was extremely rude and unprofessional when I contacted them for an update. Instead of helping, they were dismissive and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects timely delivery and respectful customer support.

Very very worst service.Order COD only otherwise your money will be blocked. Don't believe these people. Very difficult to enquire every day.They are behaving like blind person. We have to give the details every time.They won't pay the attention. Beware. Don't make payment immediately.

Do not purchase anything from Truemeds. They deliver faulty products, provide zero customer support, and have no option for returns. It feels like a complete scam and a fraud company

Very very Pathetic Service for delivering Medicine

Made full payment for medicines. Not a single update. No mail, watsapp, sms. Horrible customer care. Trained to talk like parrots, repeating themselves. Passing the phone to each other as managers. Dont order from here especially if you are in urgent need of medicines. The tracking says dispatched 8 hours back but now am told will get it the next day. No apology. No remorse. I would never order from here again

Extremely disappointing experience with TrueMeds. Every time I place an order or even reorder the same medicines, I receive calls asking for the same details again and again. The entire process is frustrating and time-consuming.

What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the callers. They speak as if they are qualified medical professionals, yet they lack basic customer service skills and manners. Instead of making the ordering process smooth, they create unnecessary hurdles for customers who simply want to reorder their prescribed medicines.

If you already have a valid prescription and order history, there is no reason to repeatedly ask for the same information on every order. The service feels unprofessional, inefficient, and inconvenient.

I expected a hassle-free online pharmacy experience, but unfortunately, TrueMeds has been the opposite. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Its most worst app used by me in my entire life...medicine is delvered after 4 days...bottles was broken of medicines..so i initiated refund they told me the broken bottles will b collected from my house but they send delivery partner after 6 days...after having words with customer care executive she told me the investigation will happen after that the amout will b refund that will take around nxt 7 days...

Just, another medicines order experience with a Pathetic platform like true meds.

It not the first time facing issues with them, they okay to hamper Customers experience number of time. And they would care a dam about it,

There are in medicine business which is a serious business, and can be life threatening o customers, but maximum time they will have error that post order processed the medicines goes out of stocks or prices are changed, else the make you order again to pay additional fees like delivery fee, handling fees or will hike price again, today I had made up my makeup my mind to use order platforms like Tata 1mg or Platinumrx, but i received the devil's call in the morning, told the executive about the stock details and price much affordable, the executive assured that, since I have mentioned a so called valuable customer will match the offer and processed and i was informed that that will receive call back from team of doctors to confirm and process the order, nothing was been done, so I decided to Truemeds help line spoke Anil Executive from true meds and was told that since 1 of the medicine has gone out of stock post my order was processed they have cancelled one of medicine. I mean Hello, are you sleeping, if the medicines are out of stocks or prices hiked you should hold the inventory untill further clarity provided to customers, i guess this your basic responsibility , and you cancelled 1 of my ordered medications, the a basic ediquite or manners , it your responsibility to informed me first , I get to know that after i called you post 6 hours, this not just the 1st time and i have faced these kind of issue previously as well, so , thank you truemeds to make fool out of me everytime, today is my last order 51390093 with them once delivered trust me I will never order again ever from true meds and delete their app, I'm done with you for good. Guys if you wish live find a trustworthy online platform, else this can be life threatening and cause once life. adios Truemeds..

Very Bad Experience. After so many calls and follow ups too , order is not getting delivered on time. Foolish Reasons given and what's the benefit of getting discounted medicine when someone is not getting it on time when it is actually urgent.
