I am hesitant about a lot of things, and my mom has been watching many videos about how frequencies can help a person. She went hunting, as did I, and we both discovered Calamity. We tried one from Amazon, but it did not work as it should have. When you get a generator like this, one or both of two things happen: if you place a small ball on top and it bounces, it is working; if you use a headset and can hear the frequency, it is working. This is why I waited a couple of days after I received it.

We got it set up, and my mother forgot to change it from the Nikola frequency to the earth's heartbeat for sleep. As shown in the research and the book, if you use the 369 frequency while asleep, you will not feel well, which is how she felt when she woke up. I asked her which frequency she had set, and after she told me, I informed her that she needed to use the earth's heartbeat.

If anybody is wondering, because I am skeptical about many things, Calamity really knows their stuff and truly helps. She may not have slept well, but in the last few days that she used it on and off, she had a little extra energy, though she did not realize it; I did.

If you are unsure about Calamity, it is worth the price. If you use the headset portion, you should use the headset it comes with; it is more raw in the generator. The speaker is for everyone to hear, so if you are using it for a group, I would highly suggest the speaker, but if you are using it for yourself, I would highly suggest the headset. I will give you a heads-up: it is a wired headset, and my mom really does not move when she sleeps.

The only con is the little screws at the bottom where the feet are supposed to be; they can scratch surfaces. I suggest getting something small, like a cap for the feet, so it does not scratch your side table or countertop. I still recommend it.

Amazing! Caring, informative love it! Mabel was such a nice person, thanks for helping me😊

They reached out and made sure the address was right, and I had got it wrong but was able to fix it really fast. Thank you!! Really easy to use

I can’t get anyone to talk to. I send emails and they come back as undeliverable. The videos do not work that supposedly show you how to connect and use the device. Everything I try doesn’t work. The machine shows a blank screen, and the numbers do not show. I want to return the item and the speaker and I can’t get any information on how to do. I am about to call the consumer protection agency and the Better Business Bureau to see what I can do to get a refund. I’ve only had the item for a week and there is no real person I can talk to. I am extremely disappointed in this product.

Very friendly

Super quick follow up. Really looking forward to getting the 2 units and all the accessories. 5 stars all the way.

Easy to order. Customer service checked in to verify my address. Very pleasant.

The follow-up was fantastic still waiting on the unit but based off of that alone I think this is going to be great.

Great customer service and product!

Ordering is user friendly. Discount offers for customers. Communication to confirm order is reassuring that customer service will be there if needed.

Great company w excellent customer service! As soon as I placed my order, I received a text to clarify information and assist me with my best package for a busy life. Shoutout to Kyle who was on top of this order. I cannot wait to receive the products and give a future review on its benefits

I absolutely love my Calminity Bio-Healing Frequency Generator. The healing is real for me. I’m just getting my speaker set up and using it as I write. Wouldn’t mind having one or two more.

I just ordered the device and the customer service department already followed up with information for my shipment via text messaging. That is rare. I appreciate the interaction. It is my hope the device is just as impressive as their customer service.

Easy to order using the link from my first purchase a few months ago and a gal named Danielle followed up & she was friendly, helpful & kind🙏😊

Beverly in customer service was nice and made sure everything on my order was correct and gave me a good discount on an accessory. I'm looking forward to trying their products.

So far instant customer support is great. As long as everything I order arrives my 5 stars will be fulfilled.
