The product design is very good. The Quality of materials and workmanship also very good.
The color if the monogram is black and does not make any contrast with the color of the duffel. Another color should be used or at least the client should have some choice ( unless such choice was there and I did not notice during ordering)
Delivery was fast and with no problems.Delivery process in Saudi most of the time is problematic due to the operation of many companies with no reliability.

Dodgy products but good customer care.
I have bought a man's briefcase from them in January.When it arrive the quality was not as good a in the pictures: the leather was thin and had defects. The most important feature - it was painted leather, not tanned and had a very strong smell of paint solvent. This in itself it is a marker of poor quality leather. Had to return it. The company was very good on this aspect - 5/5.

We are, however, sorry to learn that the briefcase did not meet your expectations in terms of the leather.
We would like to clarify that all Time Resistance bags are crafted from premium full-grain, vegetable-tanned Italian leather. The leather is hand-dyed by skilled artisans rather than coated with synthetic paint, which allows each piece to retain its natural character and develop a beautiful patina over time. As a natural material, every hide is unique, and subtle variations in grain, texture, and appearance are part of what makes each bag one of a kind.
It is also normal for vegetable-tanned leather to have a unique smell when new. This scent comes from the natural tanning and finishing process and gradually dissipates with regular use and airing.
While we regret that the bag was not what you were looking for, we are glad we were able to resolve the matter promptly through our return process. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us continue improving both our products and the customer experience.
