Took 17 days to process a refund which I shouldn’t have had to do anyway. I bought a racket and stringing service then cancelled it 20 minutes later as I wanted to pay a different way. I called them and was told by them that it had already been processed so I’d have to return the item even though they tell you it takes ‘up to 7 days to string the racket.’ They didn’t tell me that they were going to deduct over £30 in ‘fees’. I won’t be buying rackets from here again…

Last few years they are really shit, almost can not trust them anymore. However the last two purchase I can feel they really come back in a good form and services and I think think deserve to have the Five stars again. Its not easy to run a shop so hope them keep going and growing right.

I bought a £56 tennis bag and was charged £20 for dod delivery. That is extortionatebeyond belief. If i could have bought it elsewhere i would have.. but having checked numerous sites that offered them this was the only one that had any left in stock. As its for a requested xmas present i was left with no choice. If thats what they charge for getting items delivered i will never buy from them again. Absolutely appalling.

Faulty item: partial refund, no seller response
I received a faulty item and sent it back. The seller refunded me but deducted the return shipping costs.
I messaged them straight away, but they stopped responding, so I’ve escalated the case to PayPal
