Absolutely disgusting 🤢 hardly any meat in the small wraps cost £38 and the only edible part was the chips even there tacos were plain I could make a better wrap for anyone and only charge £5 I make amazing fajitas anyone reading this make your own it’s cheaper and it tastes better use blue doritos for the tacos!

I ordered the crunchy cantina tacos and when I opened them the cheese on the outside of the tacos was not melted on all the way when it is supposed to be. It was lazy and undeserving. It didn’t feel like I was getting my moneys worth of food.

Only reason this is a 1 star review is because there is no negative star I have been to every Taco Bell in Clarksville this is the worse please adjust management and customer service if not you will continue to lose money in a prime location

I love Taco Bell! Great experiences. highly recommend the crispy chicken burrito! Not to expensive as well.

I don’t understand how the Taco Bell at 1205 Houston Levee rd in Cordova TN could possibly continue to remain open. The low IQ of some of the staff is horrific. From getting the order wrong to actually arguing with me about it. I’m not the only one, most times you can’t tell if they’re open or not as you ride by.

All I can say its a damn good thing this drink was free!!!! I asked for NO ICE & it had so much ice in it that I was left with 3 swallows! IF I were paying g for it I would have gone in a ditched up a storm. Absolutely ridiculous that an attendant can't fill a glass with pop without ice!

I will admit it's been a while since I've been to a taco bell but after coming to the one in gassville arkansas I remember why I quit coming when kiosk were put into use you pay a very large some of money for what I can go down the street and receive better food with customer service for about the same amount of money so explain to me why i would patronize taco bell

Very low quality food. Chips were very stale. There was no extra when extra was ordered. Price was very high for not good of food.

I visited Taco Bell in Woolwich and I was impressed by a Cashier Luke J. That gentleman was so kind and accommodating, hé deserve an increment of salary. As a first timer trying their burritos and Tacos, Luke allowed me try two different sauce just to be sure which I was comfortable with. Hé was extremely patient and professional. The restaurant was neat but could do better with cleaning the tables after a customer uses them, so it stays neat for the next customer. I would love if Taco Bell can infused the caramel sauce as one of the sauce for their Burritos or Tacos, more like an ingredient base. The caramel sauce is so unique and very sweet I loved my meal more because of that sauce. I ordered JMHB De luxe Box, Cheers to Luke and I will certainly visit again.

Cesear is the face of Taco bell, he was so funny and had the best energy.

We recently had lunch at Taco Bell store #023488 located in Coeur D Alene Idaho. One of the employees
was Arleen Hicks was such a pleasure. She made sure our lunch was a real treat and her customer service was

I was a big fan of Taco Bell and havent been to one in awhile. So I went through the drive thru and picked up a "Cheesy" Gordita Crunch combo which came with 2 crunchy tacos.
Got home and got excited but to be let down by multiple failures to put a taco or gordita together

Not just not cheesy but just a pinch of cheese. The gordita use to be nicely grilled amd had "grill marks " on it. Now its just a pale white dough.
No lettuce, no tomatoes, no cheese. Just bean meat.

Im a retired Research and development chef for a global food manufacturer and have worked with over 30 national and international brands, and I just am so disappointed with my experience that I felt I needed to say something. Its almost a crime. You sold a product without the ingredients you advertised and calling a cheesy gordita crunch without cheese and crunch is deceptive.

Fix it. This is how you fail. Dont spend money on your Limited time offer products, instead spend on keeping you customers happy, make good food and deliver the promise. And, care for your team members as they will care for your customers.

Probably first and last time at bury st Edmund’s Taco Bell. Been here 20 minutes and food is still on the counter for deliver. Supervisor more interested in her own drink than customers orders and left jacket on working counter. What is going on with these places, kids cannot get out of bed these days let alone be responsible for serving food. Total disgrace.

Food delivered by deliveroo food cold and squashed inedible chips because of it, main items missing , not actual drivers fault as he only had order 5 minutes . But as contract was with deliveroo Taco Bell not interested even and deliveroo refused any refund whatsoever (first order with them) or any form of compensation , attitude was not part of our policy to refund no proper explanation. £50 wasted
