I placed an order at the Arby's off of exit 185 Oxford AL and it was not right but the lady at the window was very nice and insisted that I allow them to make me another sandwich which they did and I thanked her for her good customer service. Her name was Andrea and I just wanted give her some Praise.

Spent $44.82 with the mobile app we went through the drive -thru and after checking the order we had to go in we received a half order of fries and they didn't put the 2 cherry turnovers in the bag. We get home and find out that we didn't receive the 2 double roast beef sandwiches they were regular ones and the steak and potato bowl there were 4 burnt looking pieces of steak and half a bowl of potatoes. It doesn't look very good. My husband tried to eat it and the 1 steak bite he ate was chewy nasty so he had to get the nasty taste out of his mouth and so he took a bite of the potatoes and they were disgusting. Also, this was the worst service we’ve ever received from Arby’s on Emerson Avenue in Beech Grove, Indiana. The manager was nice though she took care of the french fries and the missing cherry turnovers. I took pictures but there is no place to leave them.

First off I waited about 15 minutes for my food when I got it. It wasn’t right. The lady I was speaking to trying to explain to her that my food wasn’t correct she was kinda big caucasian lady with a bad attitude and was rude she told me I got what I paid for which I didn’t. She stated that the board said single roast beef meal, but I paid for a double roast beef meal when I presented her my receipt she didn’t even wanna look at it She repeated again well it was more than enough meat on the single anyway so it’s fine., which I received a single meal for the price of a double meal.I would not recommend the store to anyone and I will not go to it ever again. they never remember the sauce packets and my family won’t eat it without the sauce so it just starts an argument and ruins our night every time thanks

I ordered my favourites and was served by two people who were friendly and kind and efficient
Both my sandwiches were delicious and my curly fries were fresh and hot
The Mac and cheese was delicious and served hot
The best part was the friendly service that I received
Since I was a stranger and new to this town .Meeting with such big smiles from two lovely individuals made my day and I wish to thank you for making it such a great experience.One gentleman was almost 80 yrs old and he had the biggest most welcoming smile.

Piss pill in my roast beef sandwich. its 2;10 in the morning and I’m still living in the bathroom. I need a larger urinal. I think it was Sherry!!!

Massillon Ohio, is slower than actually cooking your own meal. The employees are rude and disgustingly slow and every thing is always sooooooooo sloppy. Stay as far away as possible

I ordered the Pecan Chicken Salad and it had so much mayo or what ever that white stuff was, it took 2 paper towels to get much of it off. It still had too much. The bread is too thick and was soggy from the mayo. The tomatoes were not ripe and tasted like cardboard. The Dr Pepper didn't taste like Dr.Pepper. The floor was dirty and sticky. I threw away all the food it was so bad and I got heartburn from it.Not going back

purchased one cheesesteak sandwich which is advertised as being Angis Beef, with some type of cheese.. The sandwich was nothing but ground beef hamburger full of gristle with a disgusting cheese holding the ground beef and gristle together. Next time I will be going back to my old sandwich shop where the sandwiches are edible.

To cheap to supply sweetener for unsweet tea also you gotta order horsey sauce and ketchup. I'm thinkn Arby's is doing so poorly they can't afford condiments. Put a fork in it cause your done.....this location is on bch blvd by hodges. Jacksonville FL

I walked into Arby’s expecting a sandwich. What I received was a geological event.

The Meat Mountain was not a meal — it was a challenge issued by the universe itself. Scientists should not be studying black holes anymore; they should be studying whatever gravitational force allows seven different meats to exist simultaneously between two buns without collapsing into a culinary apocalypse.

The moment I opened the wrapper, I swear I heard distant thunder. Somewhere, a cow looked up and whispered, “What have they done?”

This sandwich has more layers than a mystery novel and less structural integrity than a house of cards in a hurricane. The turkey, roast beef, ham, bacon, and whatever else has been stacked in there are not ingredients anymore — they’re an alliance. They’ve formed their own government.

I took one bite and immediately had to question every decision that led me to that moment. My ancestors didn’t cross oceans and survive hardships for me to stand in a car park negotiating with a sandwich the size of a small child.

The Meat Mountain doesn’t enter your stomach. It moves in. It pays no rent. It takes over your entire digestive system and starts redecorating.

I don’t know who created this sandwich, but I imagine they weren’t trying to feed humanity. They were trying to test it.

Five minutes after eating it, I looked at my reflection and saw a different person. A person who had witnessed things. A person who understood the true meaning of “too much of a good thing.”

Arby’s didn’t make a sandwich. They built a monument to excess, wrapped it in paper, and dared society to defeat it.

Would I order it again?

Absolutely.

Because I’m not brave enough to admit I lost.

Reliable taste, reasonable portions for the price, love the horsey sauce. The restaurant in Niagara Falls, New York is especially good. Lines are not long, service is excellent, like the expanded menu with some new, delicious offerings. Close to major grocery store, an excellent donut shop, and other shopping. Recommend this restaurant over others in the area.

I went to Arby's in Cambridge, Ohio today and got a double roast beef sandwich. I asked for two horseradish packets. They told me I could only have one and any additional packages would cost 75 cents. I had just ordered the same thing last week and was given 2 packets without any problem. A double sandwich needs two packets because the sandwich is very dry with just one packet. I've been a very loyal customer for years but I won't be going back if that continues. First of all, those packets aren't worth 75 cents! That's robbery

I ordered a turkey gyro to pick up. The person who took my order was fine.
I was very disappointed in the turkey gyro. The pita was very think and touch. Could not bite through it completely. One tomato was all white in color, so could not eat that. The 3 red onion on it were very thin and one could not bite into it. I have had the turkey gyro before but this one was not good.

Saturday, June 27 between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm I went through Arby’s drive thru at 2022 Lincoln way East in Goshen Indiana.  I ordered a French Dip, Curly Fries, and Root Beer which came to $12.40.  At the window I gave the girl a 20 dollar bill and she gave me back in change only $1.95.  I gave the $1.95 back to her and told her sh had made a mistake and owed be back more ($7.60). She immediately left and brought back the Manager who told me she could not give me a refund.  I told her I didn’t want a refund but just the correct amount of $7.60 change they owed me. After arguing for a while and the manager threatening to call the police on me, I left WITHOUT MY FOOD, WITHOUT THE CORRECT CHANGE OF $7.60, AND WITHOUT THE $20.00 I HAD GIVEN THEM AND ALL I WANT NOW IS MY $20.00 BACK WHICH I AM ENTITLED TO ESPECIALL SINCE I RECEIVED NOTHING BUT A THREAT AND VERY RUDE TREATMENT FOM THE MANAGER THE THE OTHER TWO GIRLS SHE HAD WITH HER.  Obviously the girl at the window had mixed up my order with the couple in the truck behind me. THAT WAS HER MISTAKE AND NOT UP TO ME TO CORRECT IT

I ordered the Angus Cheesesteak for the first time minus the caramelized onions. It was promptly delivered. The sandwich looked very messy. I took a couple bites and it was disgusting. I literally spit it out bc it was awful. I fed the sandwich to my dog. I will not order it again.

Their food was nasty 🤮🤢 and the bag had hair in it and my food was cold and my Fry's were stale and cold my shake looked like It had shit in it I was brown and Black-ish they need to be shut down nowww

It was a soggy mess, meat was tuff! Not a good experience! Would not recommend it🙄
