Ordered 2 breakfast meals ended up throwing in trash. The biscuits just fell apart I don't know if they were old or what but they just crumbled. The hash browns were soft and soggy were sticking together not crispy at all and coffee was cold. Not a good experience.

I went to the chick-fil-a in Capital Plaza in Landover Hills, MD. This place used to be good. Now, I see cashiers with attitude and grumpy faces. First, they did not provide napkins, then no dressing with my salad. My kids went to get napkins from the cashiers and after saying excuse me multiple times got ignored. When I went to get napkins, I had to wait, see the cashier's attitude and received only 4 napkins for 4 meals that I have ordered. The cashier was so entitled; I almost said she should have stayed home. One of the cashier's (Michael) sat right next to us to eat his lunch. He literally screamed with a very loud bunch of customers. He was acting like he was in soccer match or something and not at a workplace. The workers in this location are highly unprofessional. This location needs to train these workers professionalism or they will be out of business soon. I know I am not coming back in this location anymore and I live 5 mins away. Fix the problems!

1428 Greenbrier location in Chesapeake, Va

Went through the drive through and ordered a bacon egg and cheese meal with extra bacon on my sandwich. Drove off and realized I'd been given the wrong sandwich (sausage and cheese no bacon)...drove through the drive through again and got another wrong sandwich (chicken and egg?), went inside for a refund on the sandwich and drink...since I ate a few of the cold tots...Dyrol would only give me a refund on the sandwich. Worst experience I've ever had. Won't be back....will post everywhere.

What a scam!
I tried to use an old gift card and store received an error message that the card was not authorized. When I contacted Chick fil A directly, they told me they couldn’t do anything or replace the card unless I had the purchase or authorization receipt. Who keeps a receipt for years? No one, and that’s what they’re banking on literally. They claim their cards never expire, but their customer service policy makes them totally worthless if any issues arise. They hide behind receipt requirements so they don’t have to honor them. Deceptive corporate policy and too bad for the customer. This practice should be illegal! I will never patronize this company again!

The Yukon Dr Ashburn VA used to be so efficient. Drive thru is a 15-20 minute wait now.

Order was short food on take out at Kirkwood Highway Wilmington, Delaware location. Called customer service and was put on hold forever, never got thru. Called store direct, phone rang but was hung up on.

A dinning room host, with the strange teeth, said unsavory comments to me and My wife. This is the Victorville, California location.

Her reaction was a masterclass in empathy, patience, and customer service. She remained completely calm, treated the individual with immense dignity, and handled a sensitive situation beautifully.Donata perfectly embodies the hospitality and kindness that Chick-fil-A is famous for. While the creator primarily films in Florida, the exact branch location was not publicly listed. I kindly request that corporate guest relations identifies her branch and routes this commendation directly to her franchise operator. I drove thru Hawks Creek Westworth Village Tx location this morning t 6:50 am and wanted simple grilled chicken nuggets for my lunch and the manager told me "that was a lunch item and it would take 15-20 minutes to prepare." Does it take that long? I have to watch what I eat today and I thought this restaurant would be a good idea. They do have grilled chicken. He didn't even offer a solution like just grilled chicken. I thought he was very rude. I was the only vehicle in line. No one was waiting. They were not busy like most chick fil a's.

Great experience, I recently had a spicy chicken and a Mac n cheese with chick FIL a sauce, the food was spot on as usual. The service was fast and friendly. I may go again today :)

I got there and sat for a hour and waited for my food 20 cars and 20 people left while I sat for to long they tried to bribe me with gift cards and that had no money on them only sandwich’s that we don’t eat we went to ask what the hold up was and they said it was the nuggets that take five minutes to cook and we were first it line

the food was impeccable, as my first time visiting, my husband, kids, and I, were thrilled with our outcome, my son loved the new pineapple dragonfruit summer drink, my husband nd daughter loved their chicken sandwich meal, i enjoyed my chicken tender meal along with the chick fil a sauce! this was so much better then my experience at popeyes last week. 10/10 would recommend definitely coming back again! may god bless!

Chick-fil-A use to be our only choice when going out to ration e s week. NOT ANYMORE! Their prices jumped so much we now have found other places that are more reasonable.

I'm a loyal customer at Chick-Fil-a on Brainerd Road, My nephew and I eat there often but lately(more often than not)the food hasn't been good, and the wait has been very long. I just left there and received some extremely burnt chicken nuggets(12 count)and My fries were missing from My order and again lately this has been happening to Me too many times.

For the most part I have never been ta chickfila without everything being fresh this last time was must have been a bad day for employees working there that's all imma say it's been better.. nuggets was cold &fries?

This is for the Chick Fil A in Kerrville Texas. I would avoid this location. The male "topknot" manager there is very rude to customers. Instead of resolving the situation, he worked to escalate the simple matter of a refund for food I did not receive. Very unprofessional.

The food was as expected, and worthy of 5 stars. I decided to skip the drive-thru line and try ordering online and parking in a pick up spot. I ordered the food on my computer. I went to Chick-fil-a on Fruitville in Sarasota, FL. I parked in spot #2. The sign said to check in. No phone number was available. No one came to my car to get my name. I look at my email to see if there is a link for me to use. I got an email. it said to check in when I got to the restaurant. NO link. NO phone number. I have an order number. At this point it would have been faster to go through the drive thru as the line was short. Now I am getting irritated. I have been sitting in my car for a few minutes now trying to figure out how to check in, there are no instructions. No one has greated me. I look up the phone number. I have to listen to their message and sellect the right number "4". I am now irritated. This is supposed to be fast and easy, and I am on hold. Finally I get to talk to someone so I can check in. This person was cought off gard and told me that I am supposed to use the app. "I have you on the phone. Check me in." is my response. I do not have their app on my phone. After I am asked a bunch of questions the employee find my order and says that they have not started it because I have to check in first. At this point it would have been faster to wait in a long drive-thru line. Service you get 1 star. Food you get 5 stars. So I gave you 3 stars. I will not be going to chick-fil-a again for a very long time after this.

Here it is July 16, 2026 I have never been to Chick-fil-A, today I decided to try it when I saw the menu the chicken sandwiches photos of what I was going to order looked awesome well worth the price. When I received my food open the cardboard carton there she was a small little chicken sandwich, they forgot to put the sauce on it. The lettuce was warm and wilted. It was Luke warm. The only thing that was good about my meal was the Diet Coke. It came with and the french fries were pleasantly delicious. Other than that on today’s date July 16, 2026 will be the last time I ever have a meal at Chick-fil-A.
